When Winnipeg hits Toronto -- major congratulations to @ashmodha and @modernambition for a beautiful celebration in honour of the store opening here in TO. Proud to know you, proud to share a piece of Winnipeg history and see you soar to the skies. It's really quite special.

Another unreal week in paradise thanks to the most generous friends and mentors @ashmodha @myfituals - going on 25 years of friendship which is 😳🤯. The best time with inspiring people laughing until we cry (and because it’s 2026 crying until we laugh.) 😂.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our first donation class in support of the Challenge for Life. ❤️
We had such a lovely group show up on Mother’s Day, and together we raised $600 toward our team goal.
These special classes are also giving everyone a glimpse into our newest class, Release, launching soon. Such a gift to have @samtheyogi share her steady calmness after the fire of @myfituals Fitual.
Join us this long weekend Sunday at noon:
30 minutes of Fitual with @leannanasberg.fit , followed by 30 minutes of Release with @mdi_pilates .
Moving with power and strength, then softening into flow and peace. ✨

Happy International Dance Day from me and a time long long ago in a far away land. 😆 And you’re also looking at the reason JSS was eventually born (stage makeup and crazy skin)! All photos ©️ @angelasterlingphoto except 4, 9 and 12
