2025: A year of many lessons, opportunities, letting go, and lots of EXPANSION! Started the year in Italy in a relationship, and ended it single with more self love and self acceptance than EVER BEFORE!💘

A bit of a personal post 💌 but if this can help or inspire at least one person, that’s more than enough for me:

🤍 Hosted over 12 @move.meet events: from run clubs, to reformer, to Hyrox to leading my very own workshop!
🤍 Attended 4 live music events with my girls
🤍 Went through burnout and realised I needed to change my environment, so I manifested moving into a flat I adore, and met my flatmate who has now become a very close friend 🌆
🤍 Finally visited Colombia after 4 years and reunited with my siblings and best friend 🇨🇴🫀
🤍 Went through a breakup, which forced me to look inward, reflect A LOT, and pour back into myself ❤️‍🩹
🤍 Got invited to/ attended several workshops/ breathwork sessions and cool events that transformed and inspired me in so many ways ✨
🤍 Recorded 5 podcast interviews for @holisticherpod and reached over 500 streams & downloads in my first year of podcasting
🤍 Family from the US visited me in London and we traveled to Scotland together 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
🤍 Became a British Citizen and received my passport on my 31st birthday 🇬🇧🎂
🤍 Had the opportunity to facilitate 2 breathwork and journaling workshops of my own as a Holistic Health Coach and started getting more confident with public speaking
🤍 Got comfortable going out makeup-less
🤍 Had to sadly cut my hair several times due to breakage and thinning (probably due to stress) but now on the road to healthier hair and my curls are starting to thrive again
🤍 Released relationships and friendships that were no longer meant to be, but welcomed even more aligned friendships into my life 💫
🤍 Moved my body in ways that felt good to me without any particular goal in mind other than to enjoy movement
🤍 Did a lot of self reflection and had to let go of old parts of myself in order to embody the version of me, my younger self would be proud of 💋

& with that the 2025 season, comes to an end! Hello 2026! ✨

Lately I’ve been thinking about how much of our health and happiness comes down to connection.
 Not just with ourselves, but with others. With people who make us feel seen, supported, and a little bit lighter just by being around them.

Whether it’s a workout together, a chat over coffee, or a shared laugh - connection is medicine 💛

About a week ago, I had my first guest speaking opportunity as a Holistic Health Coach for The Reset Series: Part 1 ✨

I had the honour of guiding a mindset-focused breathwork & journaling session for the event - holding space for people to pause, reconnect with themselves, and find clarity through their breath and words - we then ended with a Q&A panel where the participants got to know a bit about my journey and what led me to this path of holistic health. 🌿

The event also included an empowering strength class and a beautiful pilates flow led by the amazing organisers @steph_bell_ & @mypilatesmethod 🫶🏽

This moment was truly magical and reminded me why I started: to help others on their wellness journeys to heal, grow, and become the best version of themselves. What a dream! 😍☁️💫

It’s moments like these that remind me exactly why I do what I do.
