Sound on 🤣. Spent days (seemingly) in the 🌽maze. The small humans began to unravel on day 2.

The teens remained unhinged the whole time.

Me, I’ll always dance through the struggle 😌. We made it through of course 🎃.

King County employees, this one’s for you! 👀🤎

We loved connecting with King County employees at the Employee Giving Meetup and sharing how Therapy Fund Foundation is working to eliminate barriers to healing in our communities.

**𝘿𝙞𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙨𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙢𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙙𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙡𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙆𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙮 𝙀𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙤𝙮𝙚𝙚 𝙂𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢?**

Whether it’s $5, $10, or $25 per paycheck, your generosity can help expand access to culturally responsive therapy, youth healing programs, peer support, and community-led wellness.

Small gifts. Collective impact. More opportunities for healing. 🤎

**𝙆𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙮 𝙚𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙤𝙮𝙚𝙚𝙨:** 𝙒𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙚𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙤𝙮𝙚𝙚 𝙜𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙘𝙝 𝙛𝙤𝙧 **𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙥𝙮 𝙁𝙪𝙣𝙙 𝙁𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣** 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙞𝙣𝙫𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙞𝙣 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙨 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨.

Because healing shouldn't be a privilege. It should be accessible to everyone.

Our youth gathered, made art, and made space for healing. 🎨🤎

Through creativity and connection, our Therapy Fund Foundation Youth Ambassadors had space to express themselves, share joy, and simply be.

Healing can happen in moments like these: creating something with your hands, laughing together, and knowing you belong.

Their voices matter. Their joy matters. Their healing matters. 🤎

A special thank you to Robin with @nami.skc for facilitating and sponsoring this gathering!

Five years of impact.
Five years of showing up.
Five years of helping us build something bigger than we could have imagined. 🤎

Today we’re celebrating Jacquell and Nansare on their 5-year anniversary with Therapy Fund Foundation! 🎉

They’ve been part of this work through growth, change, challenges, celebrations, and countless moments of community impact. Their dedication has helped shape who we are today, and we’re so grateful they continue to choose this work and our community.

Please help us celebrate 5 YEARS of Jacquell + Nansare! 🥳🤎

Here’s to the impact we’ve made together and everything still ahead.

$10 on the 10th. Because healing should be accessible to everyone.

As we approach World Mental Health Day on October 10, we’re inviting our community to turn awareness into action.

At Therapy Fund Foundation, mental health isn’t something we talk about for just one day or one month. It is at the heart of what we do every day.

We work to eliminate financial, cultural, and systemic barriers to healing by expanding access to culturally responsive therapy and peer support, investing in youth and families, strengthening the behavioral health workforce, and creating spaces where our communities can heal, connect, and be heard.

And none of this work happens without community.

This October 10th, we’re asking you to give $10 on the 10th. 💚

$10 may feel small, but when a community gives together, it becomes therapy access. It becomes youth programming. It becomes healing spaces. It becomes connection, advocacy, and the reminder that someone does not have to navigate their healing journey alone.
