An evening of Japanese whisky, considered pairings and a little Hibiki magic 🥃✨

Last night, Bennelong Bar welcomed Suntory Ambassador Natalie Ng for a special exploration of Hibiki, with curated whisky tastings, signature cocktails, Bennelong canapés and a cheese pairing.

Held on the 40th anniversary of Suntory Hall in Tokyo, it was an evening celebrating craftsmanship, balance and the art of bringing different elements together.

Thank you to everyone who joined us beneath the sails 🥂

Fifteen arrangements, fifteen little worlds — connected by royal purple.

I created each ikebana table arrangement with its own character: an arching tulip, a sculptural calla lily, delicate stems reaching into the space. Deep purple, soft lilac and fresh green, catching the light beneath the sails of the Sydney Opera House.

Created for The Hibiki Experience at Bennelong Restaurant & Bar on the evening of 12 October, hosted by Suntory Ambassador Natalie Ng. An evening of Japanese whisky and the art of flowers.#Ikebana #RoyalPurple #TheHibikiExperience #Hibiki #Bennelong Suntory SydneyOperaHouse
