We practice on the mats to be battle ready for life.

Arrived as strangers.

20 hours later… Homies & hearts. ❤️‍🔥

That’s the magic of these trainings.

You come for the movement. The knowledge. The challenge. The growth.

But somewhere between the sweat, the breath, the laughs, the breakthroughs and all the moments in between, something else happens.

You connect.

Different people. Different places. Different stories. All showing up with open minds and open hearts.

And by the end, nobody really feels like a stranger anymore.

That’s why I keep coming back.

The people. The people. The people.

Grateful for every soul I shared the room with this weekend.

Blessed to have spent 3 full days immersed in deep inner work, connection, learning, a lot of laughter, and some wild celebrations with so many beautiful humans in this room. Constantly reminded that containers like these have power to create connections you will carry close to your heart for a lifetime🤍

And that’s a wrap on the 20hr Evolution of Vinyasa training here in Miami

So many talented teachers. So many kind hearted people. So many inspiring experiences and it all was a co-creation from everyone who showed up.

Being able to practice and traverse through the different forms of Yoga with an open mind, really was a highlight.

From kirtan to handstands. To meditation and asana. We got to experience the most ancient form of yoga to the most modern day remix of it.

Thank you for bringing me in to the amazing yoga community you have been building here @tatianagyoga alongside so many other teachers in our lineage here in Miami.

They say its the impermanence of things that make them special. So even getting to catch a glimpse of the yoga community you guys have here everyday was something I’ll never forget.

Gathering yoga codes and bringing them home to share with everyone after this trip.

Energy on full frequency ⚡️

Wrapped up my first 20 HR Evolution of Vinyasa here in my hometown miami and I truly have no words to describe this feeling of integration🤍

Thank you to every beautiful human who gathered from all over the world to share this devoted time and space together to go inward & do the internal work that ripples far beyond us. I am always so inspired by the people who are willing to step into these containers, share their stories, ask the hard questions, co-create, and continue to share light no matter what✨

My heart is overflowing. I am so so grateful and a huge thank you to my colleague @brandonberg_ for supporting me through this entire process. This has truly been a labor of love and I’m so grateful to share this path with you 🙏

Feeling incredibly blessed to partner with my @lululemon fam and @miamiironside to bring this vision to life.

The Journey

One day you finally knew
what you had to do, and began,
though the voices around you
kept shouting
their bad advice—
though the whole house
began to tremble
and you felt the old tug
at your ankles.
“Mend my life!”
each voice cried.
But you didn’t stop.
You knew what you had to do,
though the wind pried
with its stiff fingers
at the very foundations—
though their melancholy
was terrible.
It was already late
enough, and a wild night,
and the road full of fallen
branches and stones.
But little by little,
as you left their voices behind,
the stars began to burn
through the sheets of clouds,
and there was a new voice
which you slowly
recognized as your own,
that kept you company
as you strode deeper and deeper
into the world,
determined to do
the only thing you could do—
determined to save
the only life you could save.

Apparently, we all know where we’re going. 😉💚

Last night was SUCH a vibe. 🔥🌿 From seasoned yogis to two beautiful first-time yogis, we had all levels come together, move, breathe, laugh, challenge themselves, and simply be. And every single practitioner showed up with such amazing energy. 🥹🫶🏽

A huge shoutout to our incredible teachers @soy_yogita & @marialexandra_official , sound healer @maggieslooks2love, DJ @techn0yogi, and every single person who stepped onto the mat with us. You made the space what it was. 🎶🔮🧘🏽‍♀️

There’s something about practicing yoga surrounded by nature, under the trees, with good music, good people, and a whole lot of good energy that just hits different. 🌴☀️🌱 Special Thank You to our wonderful venue host for allowing us to use this magical space ❤️@aguacate_gardenoflove

Hay algo en esta parte de mi historia que me hace sentir que @insyde.flow es mucho más que un nombre que se me ocurrió.

Son tres años de disciplina, constancia y preparación. Pero, sobre todo, de ver cómo decisiones muy pequeñas han movido muchísimo en mi vida.

Los cambios toman tiempo. Requieren paciencia. Y sí, a veces moverse se siente demandante, agotador, Pero también he entendido que no todo se resuelve con movimiento o con un “dale, tú puedes”. Hay cosas que requieren más cuidado y son mucho más profundas.

But I also know that sometimes it’s just about making one small decision, then another.

La diferencia está en cambios diminutos todos los dias.

Moverte un poco.
Dejar de hacer scroll.
Cerrar los ojos.
Respirar.
Descansar de verdad.

Pequeñas decisiones que, repetidas en el tiempo, terminan moviendo mucho más de lo que uno imagina.

Y creo que de ahí nace @insyde.flow
De empezar afuera y prestar atención a lo que se empieza a mover adentro.
