Pilates Edition!

Today, I had the opportunity to practice Pilates with @amandafhoward from @nativepilates at the new MJ location @nooklivingtn with our neighbor, Brittnie! It was so good for my core & super humbling. I’m already sore. 😳 We learned about the reformer, c-shapes, and how to do a swan dive 😅

What a great workout and a fun time with friends. I neeeeeeed this regularly in my life! 🤩

Weekly goal: try a new workout variation…. Check! ✅

Mom’s Morning Off is happening Saturday, May 9 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Vitalis, and it’s exactly what it sounds like. 90 minutes where mom puts herself first, full stop.

Here’s what’s included:
🩷 Beginner-friendly mat pilates class with Amanda Howard, owner of Native Pilates
🩷 Guided contrast therapy session in our sauna and cold plunge with the Vitalis team
🩷 A few sweet surprises we’ll leave at that 🤫

What to bring: yoga mat, bathing suit, and water bottle.
