@trinityhouseglenvista was BIG in Japan 🇯🇵✨

Big on adventure.

Big on trying new things.

Big on late-night laughs, konbini snacks and camera-roll memories.

Big on navigating a new country together.

Big on friendships that started on the trip and will last long after it.

One big trip. One brilliant group. A lifetime of stories to bring home.

Our next group heads to Japan from 2–11 December 2026, departing from OR Tambo International Airport. If you want to be part of the next set of stories, a few spaces are still available. DM us or email explore@globalexpeditionedu.com for the details. 📲

96 students. 10 days. 11 Cities. One incredible Japan Adventure 🇯🇵✨

@trinityhouse_glenvista has just wrapped up an incredible school expedition through Japan and we are still going through the camera roll.

From crossing the Shibuya Scramble in Tokyo to temple visits, tea experiences, ninja shows, Universal Studios, seven-eleven snack stops and a whole lot of laughs, this group made every day count.

The photos are fun, but the real highlights were the new friendships, trying unfamiliar things, navigating a new country together and watching students grow in confidence along the way. 🫶

Thank you, Trinityhouse Glenvista, for bringing such a special group. We loved sharing Japan with you.

🚨 We’re heading back to Japan from 2–11 December 2026, departing from OR Tambo International Airport. A few spaces are still available. DM us or email explore@globalexpeditionedu.com for more details.

These pics really do show why I love racing bikes. 🥹👐

April memories of the Otto1890 Weekend Warrior Grabouw @weekend_warriormtb ! I had so much fun at this two day stage race earlier this year. @redcherryevents_za somehow always managed to blend good humour, fun and competitiveness into one event! Even the pouring rain could not keep us from enjoying ourselves and hitting the trails. 🌧️

I learnt so much racing @magan_hanekom and @callysilberbauer. It was an extra treat to finish 3rd on GC after the two days. 🥉

This event lit a spark in me to want to race more mtb and I look forward to this challenge when I am back out there. 🚵

The next @weekend_warriormtb is in October in Lourensford and I have no doubt it will be another weekend to remember. Use my code layla10 for an entry discount. 🪩💃

Photos by @maxsullimedia and @redcherryevents_za and moi! 🤳

Enjoy.cc was founded on a single principle: to remind us why we started riding.

@southsidecycles_ embodies this - the friends, the smiles, camaraderie, and croissants. The community that supports us when times are tough, is often the reason we get out of bed in the morning before the sun comes up.

We’ve only been associated with SSC for a short while, but in that time they have become a valued part of our extended family.

To all of the SSC community, we are thinking of you during this difficult time and mourn your loss. When we lose a part of our community, the ripples are felt far and wide.

To everyone else out there that rides bikes, please take a moment to remember why we do it. Whether it is community or the exhilaration of the journey - take a moment to stop and appreciate the experience.
