Jesus suffered so that you may know how much you are loved by Him.

“Let us keep looking to Jesus. Our faith comes from Him and He is the One Who makes it perfect. He did not give up when He had to suffer shame and die on a cross. He knew of the joy that would be His later. Now He is sitting at the right side of God.” - Hebrews 12:2

“Those who look to him are radiant; their faces are never covered with shame.” Psalm 34:5

(Also, this song is catchy. I like it 😂)

Late to the party, but I finally understand the hype around football.

What’s your favorite aspect of the game?

Today I tried a new restaurant and sat in a moment of peace.

💕You don’t have to earn rest.

💕You don’t have to earn peace.

God didn’t create you just to survive. He created you to experience life too. 😊

And sometimes it looks like sitting down, eating your food, and allowing yourself to breathe again.

.

@lovingAJ is for the woman learning that peace is part of her purpose.

.

.

If you’ve been needing a moment to breathe this is your sign 💛
Comment “peace” if you’re choosing it today.

Trade comparison for Scripture until your heart agrees with what God says about you ->

Matthew 10:29-31: “Are not two sparrows sold for a copper coin? And not one of them falls to the ground apart from your Father’s will. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.”

Matthew 5:14-16: “You are the light of the world. No one after lighting a lamp puts it under the bushel basket, but on the lampstand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven”

1 Corinthians 15:57: “But thank God! He gives us victory over sin and death through our Lord Jesus Christ”

Isaiah 43:1 “Do not fear. I have redeemed you. I have summoned you. You are mine”

Ephesians 1:5: “God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. This is what he wanted to do, and it gave him great pleasure”

John 3:16: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life”

You’re not who the world says you are. You’re who Christ says you are.

Praise Him in the mountain tops and valleys!

“I can never escape from your Spirit! I can never get away from your presence! If I go up to heaven, you are there; if I go down to the grave, you are there. If I ride the wings of the morning, if I dwell by the farthest oceans, even there your hand will guide me, and your strength will support me.” - Psalms‬ ‭139‬:‭7‬-‭10‬

Clothed in His righteousness ✨

“I will greatly rejoice in the Lord, my whole being shall exult in my God; for he has clothed me with the garments of salvation, he has covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself with a garland, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭61‬:‭10‬ ‭

Honing in on my craft.

Filming and editing was something I did for school projects & church services growing up. Then in 2019, I started my YouTube channel, and later got my first camera in 2022. I’ve been enjoying the journey of videography & content creating, and I’m constantly finding new ways to better my skills and content with each project. I never thought I was a creative person growing up, but I now see that my creativity and skills are gifts that God has blessed me with. I intend to use these blessings to inspire and motivate others to become the best version of themselves.

So, follow me on the journey of self discovery, self-love, academics, nutrition & fitness, adulting, and just life overall. Follow for some Black Girl Magic.

VW🤎

Note: This current page will be dedicated to productivity, nutrition & fitness, academics, and such. I have created a second page @naturallyvw that will be dedicated to self-love, natural hair, fashion, beauty, and other topics alike. Hope to see y’all twice as much. 🤎
