At the top of any sport, the line between good and great is often between the ears. Stay focused. Talk kindly to yourself. Manage the stress.

Nat Vorel does this by giving the voices in her head a title and a job. It works. Check it out on the latest episode of the podcast.

🇺🇸 A historic run comes to an end.

Nat Vorel and Chance Quarry finished sixth in the PR2 Mixed2x crossing the line in 8:34.53.

New to the sport of rowing, Vorel and Quarry made history as the first U.S. PR2 mixed double to reach the A Final since 2018.

What a championship for this crew. 👏

A did something new for paraclimbing a few weekends ago.

The Belgium National this year ran a brilliant idea of doing actual lead climbing, speed, and bouldering.

40 athletes from all over the world and from all disciplines attended to show that para athletes can also do the same level of sport as the able World level climbers.

I won 2 x bronze medals in lead and bouldering. Actually coming 2nd in lead climbing.

It showed how national competitions can include other disciplines. I hope that more countries adopt this kind of opportunity going for in future years.

Thank you to the Belgium organization and @fre.climbs for running a brilliant event and to @klimax_bvkb for hosting the day.

Thank you to my strength and conditioning coach Joe from @ascend_strength_pt for putting me on track to be able to bring home these medals.

Check out the results at www.paraclimbing.be
