For 75 days, I committed to MYSELF. To the version of me that I always knew I could be. Disciplined, focused, aligned and genuinely happy through & through. Yesterday I completed the #75Hard Challenge and proved to myself that I can do anything I want to do if I lock in and commit and I am SO proud of myself for showing up strong every single day, giving it my all. This challenge has truly changed me not only physically but also emotionally, spiritually, and mentally and there’s no going back now. From February 20th to May 5th … I am 21 lbs down, feeling lighter, clearer, FULL of energy and motivated to keep going. The journey has only just begun. 💪🏽✅ . . #75 #Hard #Challenge #Fitness #Lifestyle #Workout #Motivation #Dedication #Commitment #Mental #Physical #Endurance #Strength #Explore #Fyp #Health #HealthJourney #EatClean

Want to challenge yourself? Hop in the ring with a professional boxer! Tonight, my good friend @flex_more took me to @worktrainfight to do some sparring and talk about an amazing workout!! I got the chance to hop in the ring with her and another current fighter who showed me that this sport is no joke!! If you know me, you know I LOVE a good workout, especially one that’s going to be a challenge and get my heart pumping and this gym was the perfect place to spend my Friday night after a long week! For a first timer in the ring, I don’t think I did *too* bad but we’ll see how my body feels when I wake up in the morning! 😂 Cheers to another amazing workout. LET’S GET THIS WORK!!!! 🥊💪🏽✅ . . . #Boxing #Workout #Fitness #NYC #Sparring #BoxingTraining #BoxingLife #Health

Last year at the top of January, to kickstart my Jesus year, I started doing the Daniel Fast. For those of you who don’t know what that is, it’s a spiritual fast where you eat 100% clean- all vegan, no processed food, no alcohol, and literally zero sugar (not even honey or agave.) It’s meant to align + connect you with God while testing your discipline to get you closer to a higher power as form of sacrifice. It was a struggle in the beginning but after getting over the mental aspect of it (cravings), I successfully completed the entire 21 days. I found myself happier, brighter both mentally and physically, and ultimately closer to God and myself.   So, I did it again this year. I started mid-January and finished the day before my trip to Miami. This year, the fast itself was way easier but life threw me some curveballs. Although I went into it focused, prepared (with lots of food prepped) and ready for the journey, the day-to-day BS can make you want to give in to cravings and say eff it. But thankfully, with God at the center, I got through it and felt extremely accomplished. On top of that, I exercised a great amount (which always puts me in a great headspace) and by the time I got to Miami, I was 12 lbs down, feeling positive, thankful to God all while looking good!   I say all this to say: No matter what you’re going through, when you put God at the center of your life, you can get through any and everything. Big or small. The Daniel Fast is just one of many ways that I honor God and myself and I plan on continuing this practice every year (hopefully more than once a year!)   Feel free to share below some ways you honor yourself / God/ your family/ etc.. I’ve love to hear from you! . . . #Fitness #Health #Wealth #DanielFast #God #Blessings #Sacrifice #Workout #Fast #Discipline #Walk #Run #Lift #Weights #Pray #Dream #Manifest
