The pin press, or pin bench press is a drill that can be used for a various purposes. One of the purposes we have athletes perform the pin press is to help them feel their chest ignite on the movement. We are trying to get the arms and triceps to stop taking over in order to allow the chest to do the work and promote growth.

For movements and drills specific for you, message us and lets get you scheduled for a FREE consultation and personal training session with Calvin (@bioneerx ) or one of our coaches at Iron Knight Gym.
