POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Every single person on the team has an opportunity to make the salon a better place to work ❤️

No title, permission, or promotion required.

We all know that one person that shows up with a solution, a helping hand, or the exact encouragement you need on a chaotic Saturday. The one that reads in between the lines on the book and knows what needs to be done before anyone says anything. Anticipating needs before they arise. Never saying “that’s not my job” when something needs to be done.

Be that person. Celebrate that person.

Tag a coworker that makes everyone’s days a little bit better ❤️

So many unexpected GOOD moments at our last Four Day! 😂❤️🤸‍♀️

Including a spontaneous hallway gymnastics moment to kick off Day Three!

Lots of learning, even more laughing, new friendships, great conversations, and memories we’ll be talking about for a while!

Get a bunch of salon owners together for four days and you really never know what’s going to happen. So much FUN 😂❤

And we’re about to challenge the way the beauty industry thinks about the guest experience.

Because let’s face it…

A beautiful salon isn’t enough.
A complimentary beverage isn’t enough.
Even a great haircut isn’t enough.

Good service meets expectations. Extraordinary hospitality makes people FEEL something.
It’s anticipating needs before they’re spoken.
Creating unexpected moments.

Making people feel seen, valued, and genuinely cared for.

And here’s the game changer…

Hospitality isn’t the front desk’s job. IT’S EVERYONE’S JOB.

We’re developing a completely new approach to the guest experience. Not another checklist. Not another script.

A CULTURE. A MINDSET. A MOVEMENT.

Because the future of beauty won’t just be about what we do for our guests.
It will be about how we make them feel.

And we’re just getting started.

We’re digging into the podcast archives for an oldie but a GOODIE! 🎙️✨

When you get the opportunity to sit down with someone as iconic as Vivienne Mackinder, you know the conversation is going to be worth revisiting!

From the runways of Paris, London, and New York to becoming one of the most respected educators in the beauty industry, Vivienne has built an incredible career. And she’s got some stories to tell 😀❤️

In this episode, we’re talking about reinvention, finding your purpose, building confidence, and having the courage to make changes when life (or your career!) takes an unexpected turn.

There’s a little something in this conversation for every hairstylist, salon owner, and beauty professional who’s ever wondered, “What’s next for me?”

LAW #10 — THE LAW OF CONNECTION

Great leaders connect with people before asking them to follow.

Leadership isn’t just about communicating a vision. It’s about building relationships, listening, and making people feel seen, heard, and valued.

When people know you genuinely care, trust grows and influence follows.

Ask yourself:

Am I taking the time to truly connect with the people I lead?

You’re the one everyone looks to.

But who’s in YOUR corner?

If you’ve ever felt like you’re the only one carrying it, the retention stress, the team drama, the pressure of payroll; Leading Forward was built for you.

Not a conference. Not a webinar.

A real, small-group experience where salon owners and managers go deep on the things that actually move the needle:

→ Leading yourself before you can lead others

→ Building a culture people actually want to stay in

→ Coaching your team instead of carrying them

“I don’t feel alone anymore” “we all have the same challenges” “I love hearing from other salon owners that understand” “I’ve taken a lot of classes but I’ve never been in class where everyone was so vulnerable and authentic”

Those are just some of the phrases we heard over and over again this last week at our Four Day Intensive Class 💙

This room being filled with the type of conversation that transforms businesses and impacts lives…. That’s the vision for the room. Will you be in it next year? ✨

LOL! How did someone get that footage of ME?! 😂☠️ when people ask me what I do for work I’m just going to start showing them this reel 😆🫠

Thank you to everyone at the @124.go four day that posed for a picture, gave a testimonial, or acted totally casual w a camera in their face 😂

You guys showed up to WIN and I have the footage to prove it. What an incredible group of successful, talented, and special LEADERS I had the privilege of meeting this last week. So grateful ❤️🙏✨

Running a business has a way of keeping you busy doing everything that needs to get done, while the bigger picture keeps getting pushed to tomorrow.

That’s why these four days matter so much.

A room full of salon leaders who made the decision to step away from their businesses, invest in themselves, and spend intentional time working on what they’re building.

Four days of coaching, honest conversations, fresh perspectives, big ideas, and practical strategies they can actually take home and put to work.

There’s something pretty special about being surrounded by people who understand your challenges, celebrate your wins, and challenge you to think a little bigger.

The businesses may look different, but the commitment to growing them brought everyone into the same room.

What a special four days. 💙🙌

Until next time…

I wonder how many things we’ve talked ourselves out of because we were afraid we wouldn’t be good at them….

How many questions we didn’t ask because we thought we should already know the answer. How many opportunities we passed up because the thought of being the least experienced person in the room made us uncomfortable….

I know I’ve done it. I talk to people all day that can relate to this.

There’s something humbling about admitting you still have a lot to learn, especially when you’re used to being the person who has the answers.

I also wonder what we’re missing when we let our pride make those decisions for us. I’m thinking it’s a lot of magical stuff, actually.

Our Personal Growth Mastermind kicks off in January, and for ten weeks, we’re making room for the kind of growth that requires a little honesty with ourselves.

The uncomfortable questions. The conversations that make us think differently. The realization that maybe we have some work to do, too.

You can be proud of how far you’ve come and still be willing to admit you have a long way to go.

Registration is open. Come grow with us. 🤍

Ever leave a class feeling inspired, only to get back to your salon and wonder where the heck to start? 🙋‍♀️

That’s exactly why we do the Four Day Intensive the way we do.

It’s filled with real conversations, practical strategies, and actual tools you can take home and put to work with your team.

We believe four days of learning should lead to a whole lot more than four days of motivation.

Jerry, and the entire Paisley and Stripe Team, we are proud of you and can’t wait to continue to support you and your success!

We love hearing what our salon owners are taking home with them! That’s a wrap in 2026 Four Days… will you join us in 2027?!
