Loved making this beautiful and silly garment with @intotheeco from scratch! It took us longer than we care to admit but we got a beautiful corset in the end! Love you girl!

✨🪩Black & white but still soooo joyful. Photos too lovely not to share 🥹💖 I’m obsessed!!! Getting married is a life consuming process, but in all the best ways!

✨I’m also obsessed that I was able to find my dream wedding outfit from head to toe, sustainably, without compromising. I felt so special in all my bits and pieces…A little break down below:

🧡My dress is from @mybridalstylist a studio filled with with vintage dresses in all shapes & sizes - based in Cirencester

🩷 Earrings @april.march_ a lovely handmade jewellery company in the U.K. I wear these earrings almost every day, they are so versatile

🧡Necklaces are handmade by me, using vintage freshwater pearls & antique charms I found at a local market, one is a beautiful shell & the other is a Yorkshire Rose. I loved wearing a little bit of my home town

🩷I found my dream heels, Vivienne Westwood jelly shoes in cream with a red heart & a custom pair of converse. Both from @vinted thrilled with them!

🧡My wedding ring & engagement ring are both pre-loved, the wedding ring fit perfectly around my engagement ring, it was meant to be! This was one of the things I thought wouldn’t be possible, I got lucky with the help of a lovely jeweller in Stow

🩷On top of that my other jewellery was borrowed from family & friends which was so lovely to wear.

🧡Lastly @little.interior.co made my lovely hair flowers from dried bunny tails & pink peppercorns, so cute!

✨It’s an amazing feeling when everything aligns like this & you feel amazing while still representing a more sustainable way of life. It shows that timeless design endures & hopefully I won’t look back & feel it’s dated poorly haha. 😜

💖 Just a gal and a wardrobe! A month ago I finally took on the mammoth task of organising my wardrobe, it was a MESS & needed attention. It sounds small to some but for me it felt like a great achievement. I was beaming from ear to ear when I finished!

💖 As I tidied I was thrilled to see what a great range of independent brands, second hand & special pieces I’ve collected over the years. Building a more sustainable wardrobe is a slow & gradual process.

💖 It’s coming up for 10 years I’ve been openly talking about slow fashion and sustainability. I worked so hard to align my career with my values! When I started LWD I felt like a pioneer in this space!

💖 It’s the revolution that gave me a true sence of purpose. It’s the only future of fashion I want to be a part of ☺️💖🙌
