Had a wonderful evening at @daliaboston Chef Nick Dixon @npdixon and his team are doing some fantastic things with Spanish cuisine.

Great food, wonderful hospitality, and a special thank you to sommelier Dominic for recommending an exceptional bottle of 2022 Las Iruelas from Sierra de Gredos. What a wine!

And don’t miss the downstairs bar. Such a great spot!

Thank you, Nick and the entire team, for a memorable evening. If you’re in Boston, I highly recommend stopping by!

Autumn Menu has dropped!

Some old favorites like the Sweet Potato Agnolotti & Truffled Pumpkin Arancini return alongside an improved version of our classic Amatriciana, as well as some new pals.

Grilled Scallop with celeriac, braised leek, wild mushroom, guanciale & apple.

Kanpachi Crudo with coconut crema, cucumber-chili gremolata, finger lime & mint.

Braised Octopus in an Autumn minestrone with pine nut gremolata.

A new Chicken Milanese that kinda reminds me of Aku Aku from Crash Bandicoot.

A white lasagna bolognese with veal cheek, ground pork, root vegetables, besciamella, leeks, mozzarella & broccoli.
(Served tableside!)

A5 Wagyu Carpaccio with endive, apple, pistachio, loads of herbs & cave aged pecorino.

And several more!

Favorite fall menu yet.
