THIS shh means something to ME, man! 🥹

Cars came out when I was only 2 years old. I didn't get to watch it till it was long out on DVD when I was 6 years old! It's been a big part of my life since and I never thought I'd get the chance to see it in the theater like all the lucky folks back in '06. Let alone in 3D! Genuinely one of the best movie experiences of my life as I saw adults that were probably in their late teens, early 20s when Cars originally came out that were now taking their kids to witness such greatness! I hope childhoods continue to be made with this movie and, if in the next decade they rerelease Cars for its 30th anniversary, hopefully I'll have kids of my own that will enjoy this movie and blasting Life is a Highway like their old man. I won't even need to know where I'm going, I just need to know where I've been and pass it down to them. Thank you so much Disney, Pixar and all the creatives involved in making such generational art and allowing people of all ages to connect with the beautiful world of Radiator Springs.

I’ve reached the halfway point through my time at Northwestern! I’m grateful to the Lord that He has allowed me to be part of such a wonderful community here at NWC, and for all the opportunities He has given me to serve Him both on and off campus. My only hope is that my actions have been a testimony to the love of Christ. Raiders stand out!

Matthew 5:16

“Let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father Who is in heaven.”

I’ve been blessed with another action-packed, Red Raider weekend! I’m thankful to God for all the friends that He has blessed me with, and for the opportunity to have fellowship with them within the Body of His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.

Proverbs 17:17

“A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.”

Matthew 18:20

“For wherever two or three are gathered in My name, there I am among them.”

The neighborhood of Argentine is the best hometown home I can think of… I saw God in every corner, every neighbor, every day camper, every time I was received by a stranger - welcomed and invited into someone else’s space. Thank you God for Argentine🏡 (real ones mess with hometown home by LOCASH)

consider this an ad: apply for the city impact internship through YouthFront Neighborhood and spend the summer working with lovely organizations (YFN, ICOA, and The Hub Argentine), meeting the coolest people, and learning how to be a neighbor. you will walk away with a deeper understanding and love for God and People. thinkkkk about it!

what a week. what a place. what a community. what a team.
The strength shown through the stories of my team, the selflessness of our leaders, the laughter amongst new friends. The character of the God we serve, kindness, compassion, loyalty and healing. All week long I listened to testimonies that prove his faithfulness, He is our deliverer. Nothing but gratitude and joy. What a blessing it is💌

& if your worried about keeping your new friends, invite them to your apartment and they’ll just come over everyday🥲
