*Quality over Quantity*

One thing i love about my my job is to help people. Yunus came in need of help & wanted a transformation. The first time i met him, I noticed he had a poor posture (Commonly caused by desk bound jobs) My goal for him was to move well, improve his posture & overall well being. As soon as we were 100% with the plan, things starts to progress rapidly.
