On Wednesdays, we wear pink 💗✨

Today’s Pilates with a Purpose was all about showing up, moving together, and filling the studio with a whole lot of pink in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

We loved seeing our community come together for a cause that means so much. 🎀

I spend a lot of time holding space for others — creating opportunities to slow down, breathe, reconnect and receive.

This morning was a beautiful reminder that sometimes I need to be on the other side of that too.

To slow down.
Get quiet.
And simply receive. 🤍

Thank you Jodi @oneworldonemat for creating such a beautiful experience by the water this morning. 🙏🏻

Sometimes the person holding space needs a little space held for them too. 🌊✨

Due to the overwhelming positive response from our sunset and sound bowls, we are thrilled to welcome back the amazing Jodi Feinstein, who will once again lead us in a SUNRISE and sound bowls meditation experience. 🌅

Join us for a morning of relaxation, reflection, and community by the water. Truly a perfect way to start your day feeling peaceful, refreshed, and centered.

Today was a very special day for Glen Cove SEPTA as we made our first official giveback to our students!

Thanks to the success of our fundraisers led by the amazing Jodi Feinstein, along with the support of our SEPTA members and community, we were able to donate sensory items to our K–5 self-contained classrooms, along with a special read-aloud book.

We are so grateful to everyone who has joined SEPTA, attended our fundraisers, donated, and supported our mission. We truly couldn’t do this without you!

And this is just the beginning! We look forward to continuing to fundraise, grow our SEPTA community, and find meaningful ways to give back to and support our students throughout the district.

A special thank you to Malena and Claudia for taking the time to deliver our giveback today! 💙

And thank you to the whole SEPTA committee. I am so grateful for your ideas, dedication and support. We make such a great team, and I’m so proud of what we are building together.

Here’s to our first giveback and many more to come! #gcstrongertogether
