Bed flip day. 🌱🦁

Our apprentices cleared weeds and prepared the soil for its next planting cycle because growing the next crop starts with taking care of the bed beneath it.

Hands-on agriculture education in the Miami Redland. 🌿

Real farmers Farm! If you ask a farmer what this guy is doing and he/she doesn't give you the right answer then that's not a real farmer.
We're consulted with "organic, regenerative" farms and none of them implement these practices or teach them. That's why they source produce from other farms.
Be weary of farmers who don't farm!
Thank you to @greenthigrows for reminding us what real farmers do.

As Champion sponsors, they're standing with UHP as we celebrate 15 years of community health work.

That support goes to the Partners for Change Fund, backing the residents championing their own neighborhoods every day. Thank you for standing with us. 💜

Try the J Scott Burger this season!

A collaboration between University of Miami football player Justin Scott @juustinscott and Red Rooster Overtown @roosterovertown, the burger is inspired by a favorite family meal.

The meal features a double smashburger with cheese, caramelized bacon, Southern Korean-inspired barbecue sauce, and spicy mayo, served with furikake-seasoned fries and mango lemonade.

Made with fresh ingredients from Dunn’s Overtown Farm @overtownfarms, the burger celebrates family, community, and local agriculture, with a portion of proceeds supporting the nonprofit’s work expanding food access and educational opportunities in Overtown.

Sunday Funday = Sunday Food Rescue with amazing volunteers from Temple Beth Sholom on Miami Beach @tbsmiamibeach and @tbs_sjn!
We needed 3 full cars to rescue all the surplus food that went directly to Overtown to @green.haven.project for their weekly community food distribution.
Same day delivery. Same day hunger relief. Fresh & nutritious!

Also, a second rescue of the day went to the Sisters of Mercy Crisis Shelter in Miami for their daily homeless meal program.
