👇PUZZLE TIME 👇

Can you guess the name of the well-known song I have (expertly?) recreated in each slide??
(Admittedly, this is probably going to be easier if you’re over 50, or had really cool parents who ensured your musical education was somewhat ‘eclectic’….)

My favourite! What shall I garland next? Suggestions welcome.
Personally I would just have one of each for any party. They’re made of super high quality card so totally reusable again and again. Or why even wait for a party? Joy everyday!

Today was the worst day, mainly because I majorly fucked something up in quite an extreme way. All good, I’m sure I’ll problem solve it somehow.

This made me feel a wee bit better, I just happened to be running reports, and my own Birthday cards had done really well throughout the first half of the year. We stock A LOT of the UKs best wholesale card indies so it’s nice that my designs were holding their own. I’m no daft, mine are always in stock so it is a bit easier but still very gratifying.

My life would be so much easier if I could up the PaintsPylons revenue outside of the shop in a wholesale stylee, must get better at being business on it! Today was NOT a good example of that, sorry I’m being cryptic, not quite ready to admit the scale of my idiocy 😬😬😬 but at least you guys like my cards, cheers.

Not sure what type of party needs a crisp garland (all of them?) but folks have been into it and that brings me crunchy JOY 😂

New Blobby, T Rex, Henry and Worm garlands just landed. Lots of silliness lives here.

It makes me so happy that the candles we make in house are the shops best selling product. Not only is it very lovely that you guys have enjoyed them but I LOVE making them, it’s very zen.

There’s loads of different scents, which my daughter puts together and I design the labels, pleasing gradient to the eyes.

You can also order them online, Cherry is my favourite. Shop favourite is the Clockwork Orange, Glasgow Green and So Fresh and So Clean.

This is not a selection of empty whisky bottles. This is a representation of many many tailoring consultations shared with excitement, laughter and memories. Where strangers enter as clients, and clients leave as friends.

All who sit on our famous burgundy chesterfield are offered a dram, a gin & tonic or even a cup of tea. If it helps to get the creative juices flowing, then I’m glad.

But don’t worry, although there are empty bottles leaving, there are still plenty of options available in the cabinet for your next visit.

Finally visiting @blackhillbakery which has been on my list for quite some time! Main reason - it is one of the few bakeries here in Glasgow that makes cardamon buns😍

We visited last Saturday, there was a queue at around 10.30am so i would recommend to go earlier, as the trays or cinnamon buns and cardamon buns were all almost gone!! Luckly we got our hands on one of each and also got ourselves a white wourdough bread - all of that for £7.20 it was a bargain!

We really liked the cardamon bun, very sticky and with a good amount of cardamon flavour, the cinnamon bun was probably a touch too bready for my liking (it was biiiig) but it had a nice texture and flavour! The sourdough was lovely and that served us good for the whole week😋

Overall an impressive value for money, they are open on a Saturday 9am till sold-out - definitely pay them a visit!

I mean, we *might* be biased, but our clinic is stunning!!

You won’t find any drab grey spaces, not even in the bin cupboard 😂 It’s just not our vibe, and our patients complement how homely and warm our clinic space is, which always gives us a big glowing grin every time!

But, did you know that our patients have helped us build what we have? Quite a few of our wall art items have been given as gifts from patients, and all of our decor is artwork by Glasgow artists, has something to do with Glasgow, or has something to do with feet! 🦶🏼

Next time you’re in, ask our curator for a tour 😀🖼️

Anyway, what I’m getting at is, we’ve built this space together over the years, and we absolutely love that you love it too! 🧡🤩
