She went back to London to help at The End for a month. She stayed for a decade.

Then came The Palomar, The Barbary, Evelyn’s Table and The Blue Posts.

Zoë Paskin joins us on No Reservation to talk about the making of a great night: music, counter dining, working with her brother Layo, and keeping the personal touch as the business grows.

We also put her through our imaginary Saturday-night service. Two Hollywood stars with no booking, a row over the music and a disputed £600 bottle of wine. She stays considerably calmer than we would.

Episode 20 with Zoë Paskin. Listen on Spotify.

One hell of a plot twist! From dinner in Soho to @giorgioarmani x @gq celebrating I WILL, the new fragrance!

If this isn’t a sign not to settle, I don’t know what is.

Thursday
TONI&GUY Academy Conference

Der Tag startet mit Starbucks, because as always coffee first! 😉

Happy Birthday! 🎂

Again, a day full of inspiration, good vibes & great people.

An unforgettable few days at Peligoni for The Gather ✨

Incredible location , music, amazing vibes, beautiful food and the most wonderful people. What a beautiful way to close the summer.
The Palomar team went above and beyond, working tirelessly to bring the full Palomar experience to life. Everything was perfect but the energy was incredible from start to finish.

A huge thank you to Dan, Ella and all the team for making it so special. What an experience! 🤍
