Great thing about continuing education for exercises is throwing a few into your “I don’t feel like lifting so F it 8 sets of deadlifts” workout to test application 🤓

Want to fix your back pain? Lift heavy things off the ground, add more weight (rinse repeat)…or DM me 💬😉

Day in the life with one of my recreational golfers. I’ve worked with this guy for almost a year and he’s seen some amazing gains in his golf game with the help of @jeffdaileygolfcoach

Our sessions vary depending on if he’s going out for a round or if it’s all business and we can get after the weights more. This session was pre-round work so we split some time on the table and with some correctives and some CNS work 😤

If this looks like the type of session you envision for yourself, DM me today and let’s see if we’re a good fit ⛳️

Want fewer episodes of back pain? Get good at picking up heavy sh*t and putting it back down.

Here are all of my favorite ways to bullet proof your back 😤

A weak back is bad for your health. Trust me, I’m a doctor ;)

Here are a few ways that I like to attack basic/foundational hip mobility and range strength with my clients.

While these are great exercises for the right person at the right time, you still need to move weight in order to build capacity and longevity 💪🏽

What are some of your favorite hip mobility exercises?
