Why I got sun burnt in March, and who I got burnt with, aka my loves.

On Saturday night another chapter closed, leading to all for a lifetime of opportunity to grow. Graduating from 200 hour yoga training at @dhyanayoga was such an emotional ending to a truly transformative training and experience. Yoga teacher training for me went well beyond learning the poses and figuring out how I was going to count to 5 without stuttering while giving cues and assists. My perspective on life and yoga as a sacred practice has changed dramatically and for the better. In the process I have gained 6 beautiful friends, everyone so unique but necessary to fit our class together. I will greatly miss our conversations and laughing with all of you, and I can’t wait to be in the front row for all of your classes 😉. •I am not sure where I go from here or how my yoga journey will evolve but I trust have faith in this process and I am so excited to see where it takes me...... learning and teaching. • ~Namaste~
