Europa Pro 🇩🇪

Maybe Next Time 🥹

Backshots Europa Pro ✨

"I'm on prep" is NOT a free pass to be an asshole.

One of the biggest misconceptions in bodybuilding is that contest prep gives you permission to treat everyone around you badly.

Yes, prep is hard.
Yes, you're hungry.
Yes, you're tired.

But discipline isn't just about sticking to your diet—it's about controlling yourself when things get difficult.

The people around you didn't choose your prep. They deserve the same respect on your hardest days as they do on your easiest.

That's what being a true athlete is all about.

👇 Do you agree, or do you think prep changes everything?

Stop blaming your genetics.

There's always going to be someone bigger than you.

Someone with better insertions.
Someone with a smaller waist.
Someone with fuller muscle bellies.

You can't control any of that.

But you can control your conditioning.

The athletes who consistently bring razor-sharp conditioning show respect—for the sport, for their coach, and for the work they've put in.

Conditioning isn't luck.
It isn't genetics.
It's the result of discipline, patience, and a well-executed prep.

👇 Do you think conditioning is the most important factor on stage?

One more check-in in. 82.5kg, 10 days out. Leaner by the day. Pushing for more. Last days to push and i am excited. Today i was asked if i was hyped that i will step on stage again and tbh i think i keep myself so busy that i didn’t have time to realise that the day is almost here. So yeah today i realised that and i got hyped, excited and i am a little bit anxious about it. 😁
