Just a gentle reminder😉: you don’t have what you’re dreaming of right now, but you do have what you dreamed of just a couple of years ago.

A couple of new canvasses heading to @paxtonglew gallery in Brighton this weekend. “A Smaller Splash” - Fluorescent Orange Sky or Dark Orange Sky. The fluorescent sky one also has a fluorescent yellow diving board. Each 40 x 40cm (45 x 45cm tray framed). Acrylic on cotton canvas, tray framed by @bramleyframingltd . Both available in the gallery or on line from Saturday.
.
A big thank you to Emily & Pam and the team at Paxton + Glew gallery. They sell a lot of my original canvasses, prints and bricks. I appreciate their support and hard work! 🙏🏻🖼️🐧😊.

Rewinding back to the Summer Spritz opening with our wonderful artists, team & friends on a balmy Thursday evening in the Brighton Lanes. We are so thankful to everyone who supports us as an independent gallery and the artists who continue to fill the gallery with Joy and colour. There's still a few weeks to see the summer show or alternatively browse our collection online.

Thanks again from all of us at Paxton+Glew 🌞🥂

Just finished installing a show @dogandbonegallery in Brighton. The private view was a riot @fredborghesi and @dariasolak were there with Pastel, Andy @spikesvintagerestorations was there with the bomb he did for me, @stefdies was there, Alan @the_original_evil_genius was there with his lad Theo - @bobbymardell1990 as there with his missus, they saved my life once on Mount Kilimanjaro, Frankie the bear that John @brokenhare made for me, my brother
My dad, my step mum Jo_Buonaguidi my two kids, Dario @jealous_london, my mum @karen_fleurfontaine and my sister @serenabh made it too and that wanker Gaz McCormack @magicpostersdirect got arrested for being a wanker by my mate Mick the Gun and his missus and their crew. Shows on until October I think, pop down and have a look through the window! And then go down to @paxtonglew and buy a normal sized print if you like!
Even met a dog with the same barber!
Powis Square. Enjoy.

Black Rock 🏊‍♀️💦⁣
⁣
Before @sealanesbtn there was Black Rock - an open-air lido at the eastern end of Brighton seafront, complete with these incredible diving boards.⁣
⁣
I’ve always been fascinated by old lidos, and Black Rock was one I really wanted to bring back to life in a painting. It’s surprisingly difficult to find colour imagery of the original pool, so I’ve reimagined the scene in my own palette - capturing the open, exposed feeling of the lido and those fantastic diving boards.⁣
⁣
This painting is available now at @paxtonglew 💙⁣
