On Friday, we had a story removed on ig. Somewhat surprisingly, this is actually the first time this has happened on the @censhershipcampaignofficial account.

The content was deemed to maybe contain nudity or sexual activity.
.
The content in question? A cookie and a can of orange juice. The text? About having a lovely coffee with a new colleague/friend.
.
The problem? The algorithm doesn't work. And that is why we keep fighting the @censhershipcampaignofficial fight. Because when a baked good and a canned drink are mistaken for women's body parts, we know that the system is flawed and trained incorrectly.

A big thank you to @techbbqdk for having us be part of your event in Copenhagen 🧡

One of the questions @peony.lht was asked on stage was “what would you do with €1 billion to transform women’s health?” And the answer was simple: invest in translation

There is no shortage of evidence sitting in journals. The gap is getting proven science out of the research papers and into something women can actually use in everyday life.

Too much investment has followed the areas of women’s health that are easy to build, scale and fund, while the conditions that carry huge burdens but are surrounded by embarrassment, stigma and invisibility remain underfunded.

That’s exactly why Peony started Jude 🧡

Last week, Peony (our founder), Beth (our Head of Sales), Julia (our Pelvic Floor Physio) and Dr Michelle Griffin (our consultant gynaecologist) headed to the Holland & Barrett Top 100 Store Managers event.

It was a brilliant opportunity to chat directly with store managers and pharmacists about Jude, who our products are designed for, and most importantly to hear first-hand what customers are saying.

One thing that really surprised us? How many people ask about pumpkin seeds for hair growth!

Pumpkin seeds are actually one of the hero ingredients in our Bladder Health Supplement but not because of their benefits for hair. Does "incontinence" need a rebrand?

Say incontinence and most people picture old age, nursing homes, or losing independence. But bladder leaks affect millions of people of all ages. New mums. Athletes. Women in perimenopause. People living with chronic illnesses.

Many don't even identify with the word incontinent. They just know they leak when they laugh, sneeze, run, or can't quite make it to the toilet in time.

Words shape how we feel about our health. Maybe changing the language is where changing the stigma begins.

These are the kind of issues we give voice to at @meet.jude and @theeverywomanfestival

Jude @meet.jude took the stage at @theeverywomanfestival Festival 2026 to talk about the thing most of us don't talk about. Bladder and pelvic health. 1 in 3 women have experienced bladder problems. The pelvic floor muscles support bladder control, sexual health, pregnancy, birth, recovery, posture, and every step you take. That's not a niche issue. That's every woman.

This is a list of women’s health terms shadow-banned on social media:
→ Period. Censored.
> Tampon. Censored.
→ Menopause. Censored.
Words that describe things half the population experience, flagged, blocked, suppressed.
Platforms will show you explicit content that objectifies women’s bodies. But they won’t let you talk about how female bodies actually work.
There’s something seriously sinister about this.
Well, there’s even evidence of women switching their listed gender on Linkedin to see if their posts got more traction.
(They did.)
I’ve talked about this before and I’ll keep talking about it because it needs to be said loudly and often: the silencing of women’s health conversation online has real consequences for real women who are already dealing with topics they’ve been taught to feel ashamed about.
If you find this post, share it. Comment on it. In a world where the algorithm decides what women are allowed to talk about, engagement is resistance.

What a brilliant day @theeverywomanfestival hosting a panel on Pain In Gynaecology Exams.
.
The session was titled "It Doesn't Have to Hurt", and we heard from Dr Liza Ball, @_tiger_uk and @talkswithdrsesay with enlightening and compassionate perspective from both the patient and clinician side.
.
As someone who has experienced birth trauma and painful vaginal access procedures, putting off smear tests for many years after my first daughter was born because I was so terrified of anyone coming near me, it was reassuring and empowering to have this conversation.
.
As women, we often don't know what we don't know. So whilst we talk about the importance of self advocacy, it's nearly impossible to advocate for yourself if you can't get hold of the information in the first place.
.
This is why I wrote my book Get Your Mojo Back, Sex, Pleasure and Intimacy After Birth. To help others recover, rehab and rediscover their identity in motherhood.
.
It's also why I started @censhershipcampaignofficial, because when vital information on women's health is censored, it's even harder for women to get the care they need or be listened to about their pain.
