And that's a wrap....

The Atlas World Championships was my last show of the season. And what a season it's been!!!

I can honestly say, (apart from 2 show fuck ups) this has been my best season to date.
And I couldn't have done it without the 2 most important men in my life. My fiancé and my coach.

To my darling fiancé, thankyou so much for loving and supporting me through these last 11 months. It's nor been easy, and I know I've not been the easiest, especially the closer I got to show days. This has been the 1st year that I've not really suffered with sleep deprivation and thats because I fall asleep with your arms around me every night. (Which means you've saved me a shit ton of money from not making any midnight prep purchases. Lol) So I just want you to know how much I appreciate you being by my side. The next 6 months are all about us now and I can't wait to walk down the aisle to you in St Lucia.

And my coach...
You're so much more than a coach. You never fail to amaze me, just how much you go above and beyond for your clients. You have invested so much of your time into me and I can't thank you enough. You have pushed me into my best competitive season and brought my best condition and physique to date, which has shown with all the successful placings we've had.
Our journey together has only just begun.

I have a very special thankyou to give to Leica Gelsi. She has been helping me adapt my lower body training due to spinal issues. My main lagging areas are my hams and glutes. But with leicas help and knowledge, she helped me bring a much fuller and rounder glute to the stage than ever before. I love going to GAH gym because each time we go down, I learn something new. Plus, she drills me on my posing everytime, too. So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you. Can't wait to come see you again for another beasting.

One of the best things to come out of this season was the special friendship we gained with Matt and Mark. And also Jo and Perry. Steve and Sophie, too. Thank you for your love and support. Your friendship means so much to us. Exciting times ahead for us all next year. 💕
