Regardless of my performance, I’m still very happy to have won 3rd place. I wouldn’t take it for granted, but now it’s time to focus on nationals and aim to do even better. Huge thank you to everyone who supported me and to my coach! @pfasih_74

After Nationals, I was feeling really off during training, which hurt my confidence. But I knew I still had to show up, stay consistent, and not lose hope. My coach made a few minor adjustments, and they ended up working in my favor. Hopefully, my squat can improve from here, and I’ll be able to put up a total close to 700 kg very soon.🙏
