2 WEEK LIFE DUMP 🙌🏼❤️

I’ve been so nonstop lately that I haven’t even had time to post, but looking back at these pictures, there are SO many moments I never want to forget. 🥹❤️

Birthdays 🎂
Events & Markets 🛍️
Meaningful Fundraisers ❤️
Golf Tournaments ⛳️ (YES, I have video proof of my first-ever hit AND they used my ball for their next shot! Apparently, I’m pretty good! 😂😅)
Football 🏈
Basketball 🏀
Weightlifting 💪
Gym Time 🏋️‍♀️
And everything in between!

From watching my boys do their thing, to seeing our community come together, to meeting people I genuinely hope stay in my life forever… my heart is FULL. ❤️

Life has been busy, chaotic, exhausting, but SO rewarding! I finally slowed down a little today. Thank you to everyone who has checked in on me! This girl is still pushing through. 💪🏼 Pretty sure these allergies and this weather are trying to take me out! 😂

Family first. ALWAYS. ❤️ Above everything, I thank Jehovah for every blessing, every opportunity, every friendship, and every memory.

These aren’t just pictures. They’re moments, milestones, and people who have made these last two weeks so special. 🥹

Let’s see what the next few weeks bring! 😎🙌🏼

As long as I’m healthy, feeling great, surrounded by good people, and making memories with the ones I love, I couldn’t ask for more.

Life is full, and I’m grateful for ALL of it! ❤️🙌🏼

Our community is showing up for one of its own. 💙

On October 10th, Phase Fitness is hosting Together for Trace, a donation-based community event supporting Trace and the Boyd/Chnupa family during his recovery.

There really aren’t perfect words for situations like this. Sometimes you just show up.

Come spend the morning supporting Trace, Tori and their family — whether that’s participating in the workout, shopping the vendors, donating, entering the raffles, or simply being there.

October 10 | 8–11 AM
Phase Fitness Gym
Donation workout: 8:30–9:30 AM
Raffles: 10:15 AM

Let’s show this family just how big their community is. 💙

If you’re thinking about starting, start.
If you’ve already started, don’t give up.
Your future self will thank you. ❤️

Two years of consistency proved to me that when you truly want something and refuse to quit, you can become the person you once only imagined.

✨ Keep going. Your transformation is coming. Thank you @phasefitnessvb @alyse_mareena_

Sunday Recovery Days 🤝 Yin Yoga

Join me at Phase Fitness for a 60-minute Yin Yoga practice. Passive floor poses are held for 3-5 minutes to target the fascia and connective tissue while allowing for a gentle, deep stretch.

Soften into stillness as we calm the mind and body, improve range of motion, and create space for deeper relaxation.

📍 Location: Phase Fitness
🗓️ When: Sunday, September 13th at 6:00 PM
⏰ Plan to arrive about 10 minutes early to get settled.
💵 $15 cash or Venmo accepted at the event.

Come unwind, slow down, and give your body the recovery it deserves. 🧘‍♀️✨
