Happy Monday Friends!💛

This is your friendly reminder that you can do anything that you set your mind to!!❤️❤️

I’m still reeling in joy from a 5 day getaway to my home state of NH, for my 40th HS reunion and a long overdue visit with amazing friends and family. ❤️❤️

So many fears were overcome-
Flying ✔️
Limitations due to back pain ✔️
Social gatherings✔️
Being in my home town for the first time in decades- SOBER!!…✔️✔️✔️

And you know what, I survived all of it!!!🤗
And, my heart is filled with more joy and love than I ever could have imagined!!❤️❤️

So cheers to stepping out of our comfort zones, and challenging ourselves to do more of the things that bring us joy!! 💛💛

We are all stronger and more powerful than we give ourselves credit for!!❤️❤️

Oh boy, this hip airplane setup was absolutely diabolical @bonniezeitner 🔥🔥🔥

Option 2 left my hip rotators & core stabilizers shaking like a leaf as I had to fight the pull from the arm strap (think increasing rotational demand)😱😱😱

Falling into a new version of me. 🍂✨

The shifting seasons are a beautiful reminder that transition isn’t about losing who you were—it’s about intentionally choosing who you are becoming.🔜 This autumn, I’m not just turning a page; I’m rewriting the entire narrative!!!

Here is what’s on my mind, my heart, and my radar this fall:

Sharpening my focus. Tuning out the noise and zeroing in on what actually moves MY needle.

Decluttering everything. Clearing the physical spaces, the digital mental blocks, and the emotional weight.

Disconnecting to connect. Stepping away... to be deeply, truly present with the people and passions that matter.

Protecting my peace. Remember, "no" is a complete sentence. Guarding my energy like the rare asset it is.

Building fortitude. Embracing the quiet resilience it takes to weather change.
