Use conclusion and opinion in a sentence.

Conclusion, hindi opinion. (Bagalan para magets)

VIA TRIES: My Multisport Diaries 🏊🏻‍♀️ Ep 14

Day 1 of swimming is about to be posted… and let me tell you, it’s NOT cool. 😂 I don’t look cool, I don’t feel cool, and honestly, I barely know what I’m doing. 😂

But isn’t that the whole point of my VIA TRIES: My Multisport Diaries?

To show the progress. To show the awkward beginnings. To remind myself that taking that first step is already a win.

And that’s why there’s also a coach to encourage, guide, correct, and share all there is to know along the way. Because we don’t have to figure it all out alone.

Because imagine… if Day 1 looks like this, what could Day 100 look like if I just stay consistent? 🥹🏊🏻‍♀️

First day to someday. Thank you and labyu coach @pinaytri

Here’s to starting before you’re ready, looking uncool, and showing up anyway. 💙

WELCOME TO MY 2nd DUATHLON: the Titan Jr Sprint distance (4km run - 25km bike - 4km run) 🤠

Compiling my moments from the @titan777philippines race weekend in this post! 📸

Last duathlon ko muna ito because I’ll be focusing on training for my 1st marathon AWYEAA!

Oct 3, 5PM - claimed my racekit sa Cycles & Brews! It was raining SUPER HARD while I was driving sa expressway, pero buti nalang it stopped just a few mins before I arrived. Super smooth lang yung racekit claiming! Feel na feel ko yung excitement from everyone who was there

Oct 4, 6PM - team dinner with @pnytribe 🩵🩷 1st time ko to experience a race weekend as part of a triteam, and I’m grateful to have a support system as a newbie sa multisport community.

Ang dami ko din nabudol to order @porchcoffeeph Loco Moco!! Haha spreading the word kasi masarap talaga siya! 🍛✨

Oct 3, 7:30PM - I booked an Airbnb near the race village and I was surprised na malaki siya!! Pretty affordable din kasi I paid ₱3k for 1 night lang. Sulit yooow may kitchen pa. May pool din but I wasn’t able to check it out na aw man

Oct 3, 9PM - My biggest fear is to forget something super important sa startline, so I make sure to prepare everything by making a flat lay, and triple checking to make sure walang maiwan! I trust my night self more than my kakagising self, so everything needs to be ready before I go to sleep!

I learned that multisports have an extra step too because you need to stick your numbers sa bike, and check-in your bike sa transition area pa before the race starts!

Oct 3, 10PM - I just started cycling a few months ago, so I haven’t invested in a cycling computer yet. I couldn’t sleep because I was worried na I would get lost sa bike route 😅

Super clutch but buti nalang I found out you could import maps directly into my @corosph watch! Super easy lang and I was able to sleep na after HHAHAHA

Oct 4, 5AM - checked in my bike! Bumped into @beycycle___ @pinaytri when I was otw to my rack number. I set-up my helmet, shoes, bike, and water bottles. Grabe ang daming racers pala!

Oct 4, 7:30AM - GUNSTART LEZGOOO!!! 🏃‍♀️💨

Oct 4, 9:30AM - FINISHED!!! I could feel na kulang ako sa training bc run 2 felt CHALLENG

Titan Jr. highlights 🏁✨

Went into this race nervous and unsure of what to expect, but came out having so much fun and so grateful for the whole experience. ❤️

Not racing for speed, but racing to finish, learn, and prove to myself that I can. Another reminder that slow is still racing, and every finish line is worth celebrating.

Thank you @goraceph.official @titan777philippines @pinaytri our dear coach, and the @pnytribe team for making this experience extra special. 🫶🏻

And to my husband, @ruizjonah my ultimate sherpa, thank you for all the meaningful aid, the endless support, and for documenting and covering the whole race weekend. Couldn’t have done this one without you. ❤️

Thank you @thehenryhotels for giving us such a nice place to stay and making the whole race-cation even better.

Thank you also kuya @xtian.v_ for the signup budol until execution- coverage of biking part as well ohmygosh my partner while enduring the

Last week was all about women, movement, and the love of running! 🩷🏃🏻‍♀️✨

A fun early-afternoon party celebrating the launch of the @nike 42, brought together by Nike PH x @zaloraph x @womensfitnessasia surrounded by so many strong, inspiring, and empowered women. 💗

We kicked things off with a 5K run, then kept the energy going with good vibes, good conversations, and an afternoon of celebrating women who show up, move forward, and inspire others. 👟🔥

Because running isn’t just about the miles — it’s about the community you find along the way. 🫶🏻

Here’s to stronger women, stronger strides, and always got me running!✨

Always down for some fun run 🏃🏻‍♀️

@zaloraph x @womensfitnessasia x @nike Pegasus 42

Fun fact: one of my first running shoes is a Pegasus 35 Turbo CNY back in 2019. It got me through a few races, in the snow and in the desert too! Now reunited this time with Pegasus 42, same stable silhoutte that I remembered but different, ya know what I’m saying?? Broke in my pair with an easy 3K run around BGC. So happy to run with familiar faces and meet new ones!

Thanks for having me!
