🌿 Embrace the Shift: A Self-Guided Sauna Retreat in Port Austin 🌿

As the seasons change, finding a quiet space to pause, reflect, and reset becomes essential. The transition into a new season is the perfect time to shed the old and welcome the new, completely at your own pace.

Step away from the noise and immerse yourself in the beauty of Port Austin, MI. We are thrilled to offer a private, self-guided grounding experience—a space where you can curate your own reset without any distractions.
Here is what your uninterrupted retreat looks like:

• 🔥 Private Sauna Session: Enjoy exclusive access to our wood-fired sauna. Move between the deep, enveloping heat and the crisp forest air at whatever rhythm feels right for your body. There are no schedules here—just you and the crackle of the fire.
• 🎨 Intention-Setting Art Directive (Optional): Waiting for you will be a curated prompt and art supplies. Settle in whenever you feel called to, and use this low-pressure, self-led exercise to creatively anchor your thoughts and set mindful intentions for the season ahead.
• 🌊 Forest-to-Shore Hike: Whenever you are ready, follow the trail through the woods down to the majestic shores of Lake Huron. Let the invigorating breeze off the Great Lakes be your cool-down. Skip stones, listen to the waves, and take all the time you need.

Whether you are looking for a solitary escape to disconnect from screens, or a quiet space to reconnect with a partner or friend, this sanctuary provides the perfect backdrop.

Ready to embrace the change? Send me a DM or click the link in my bio to reserve your private, self-guided session. 🌲✨
