Ladies— our bodies our tough as hell. You can tolerate menstrual symptoms and still have a productive training week.

DON’T:
• underestimate what you’re capable of
• automatically resort to reducing training volume or intensity
- lose focus and effort

DO:
• Take care of externals - sleep, hydration nutrition
• Use RPE to scale load, if needed
• Take note of your symptoms; the better you know your individual patterns, the better you can prepare and set yourself up for success.
