WE ARE SO CLOSE

I just wrapped up voiceovers on 100+ videos for the postpartum program. There is still a little more work to be done but seeing this program come together is making me a little emotional!

We are so so excited to be able to offer something the pregnant and postpartum people that we truly believe in and stand behind. This program has been so long in the making, and we have dumped our hearts and souls into it so that everyone going through pregnancy and postpartum can have the support and education they deserve.

Keep checking back for updates but just know me, @prettypelvis.dpt, and @dr_haileymiller_pelvicpt are working our butts off to get this out to y’all! Drop any questions you have about the program below and click the link in my bio to join our waitlist to be the first to know when it drops! ⬇️⬇️

SNEAK PEAK

We are so close to wrapping up this program y’all! Continue to follow @movethroughmotherhood for updates!

Something we cue you for constantly throughout the program is your posture. It is common to find yourself in a rib flared posture in pregnancy and postpartum. This is a great resource to save and look back at when you are getting back into exercise! Making sure your ribcage is stacked on top of your pelvis can be a great tool to help get your deep core online, help manage pressure (looking at y’all who are having prolapse symptoms 👀), and decrease that low back pain!

Drop any questions you have about the Move Through Motherhood Program ⬇️⬇️
