This weekend our team invested their time in TEAM TRAINING ❤️💙🤍 We came together as a team, coaches from both @f45_training_henleyonthames and @f45_training_reading studios and built out our trainer excellence plan to give the very best service to our customers. Every. Single. Time.🥇

A few things we learnt:
❤️ We have a team who are desperately passionate about providing the very best training experience for our customers
💡 Collectively we have so many ideas to continue to make the studios the best place to train
🫵 It’s all about you, our customers, and we feel lucky we go to work to spend it with such an amazing community
🤓 We all have OCD over the set up and cleanliness of the studio
🥵 We absolutely love training together, not something that happens very often!
☕️ @gailsbakery are legends for delivering our coffees

We believe we have the very best team here in Henley and Reading and we could not be more excited or energised to bring you even more in your F45 sessions 💪

3,2,1 Let’s GOOOOOO!

Happy Friday Humans 🙋🏽‍♂️

Bit of a deep one today, before we head into 2022 I know lots of people are going to be writing down their fitness goals and starting the new year new me trend.

There is nothing wrong with setting yourself these goals but take a good look in the mirror and ask yourself

1.Are you ok with your current Mental Health?
2.Does your physical appearance affect your mental health ?
3.Do you obsess over your weight ?
4. Do you have a bad relationship with food ?
5. Are you dealing with trauma - are you not dealing with trauma ?
6. Do you have any drug / alcohol addictions ?

In my experience I have dealt with many clients jumping into fitness as an outlet for something else they are not dealing with, so they get into their best physical shape never address what going on upstairs 🧠 and once they finish their transformation they go back to square one.

This is a vicious cycle which they constantly repeat until they come to terms with the fact that they need to talk to someone professionally.

Your Personal Trainer / Online Coach is NOT YOUR THERAPIST

I can‘t stress that above statement enough its not fair to burden them with your issues they are there to help you with nutrition & physical training, dont get me wrong they can teach you incredible mindset habits but they are not qualified to deal with your sever mental health issues.

So before you dive into your journey next year go seek out proper help partner that up with your amazing coach & you are onto a winner.

I want all of you to win Mentally & Physically in 2022 let the ego take a back seat and embrace vulnerability it could change your life.

The best community for experts and coaches around 💜💫

These two photos make me so happy because they are a bi product of something so unexpectedly special that has come out of me creating the courses, programmes and mentoring memberships within @getlit.inc - A big family 💜

These two pics are just a selection of some of the entrepreneurs and experts who are or have been through my programme the KILLA Coach course, are clients, members of my business mentoring membership or my support coaches and the most special thing to see is the friendships that have been formed and the community we have created. Nothing makes me happier ☺️

When you start a business, or even begin your personal development journey, you can lose a lot of people on the way, so to have created a network where women are being surrounded by like minded with the same goals and passions and making life long friendships is unreal.

Business success is not just about strategy, it’s about who you have around you and I will wait for anyone to tell me they have a better community then we do at @getlit.inc 💜

2022 we will be creating more networking and meet ups for course students, my clients and our members so watch this space 💜

So grateful to you all for trusting me with your growth 🙏🏻

Don’t be fooled into thinking you need to have a 6 figure business and a ‘luxury’ style to warrant getting professional branding photos done.

You absolutely don’t.

Your new business that has made £100 deserves the best chance at reaching more people and getting their attention.

Your side hustle is valid too and who knows what it could lead to? Whether that is financial gain, new friends, or going to bed feeling that bit more fulfilled. 🤩

Your laid back t-shirt and leggings style can create just as good photography as the heels and luxury apartment style, because photos rely mostly on light and the connection between the photographer and the model. 📸

Let me know if you’re considering having some photographs taken and we can figure out if it would be beneficial (I will always be honest if I don’t think someone needs them, or I’m not the right fit for them).
