POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Still processing just over a week later and two viewings in. So many layers were addd by having Cynthia, a black, queer woman, play Elphaba. My favorite interviews have been those where either the interviewer was black, or Cynthia is talking about her inner child. Inner child and parts work has been my main focus this year, and continues to be. Watching this movie really was an experience. I needed this, and so did so many other black women. 💚

8 days till my surgery. Hopefully this time it doesn’t get cancelled. I will be wearing this shirt to the hospital (as well as to any future doctor’s appointments). I’ve been reading, drawing, playing piano/guitar, and trying to stay cool in the heat. We’re in the home stretch now!

Have been having a rough go of things this month (and that’s putting it lightly 🥴) but I still found time for some good laughs and art.
