Sundays at the Haus are OFFICIALLY a thing 🎈

Starting September 20th through October 25th, we’re bringing you 4 movement classes every Sunday here at the Haus.

Different classes. Different instructors. 6 Sundays. (and a surprise joining us on the 27th of September 🥰)

11am: Ground (a hatha yoga practice) with @becominginthu

1:30pm Flow State (a vinyasa yoga practice) with @mechaclarke

3pm: Mat Pilates with @shajenas

4:30pm: Sculpt with @shajenas

What happens when you put movement, skincare + lymphatic wellness in the same room?

Glow + Flow. ✨

We started with 45 minutes of heated yoga led by Denise, then slowed things all the way down with Korean skincare masks + red light therapy during savasana.

And because we collaborated with @lymphtopia … of course we had to talk lymph.

Renée walked everyone through a hands-on gua sha tutorial, followed by body cupping — not just what the tools do, but how to actually use them at home.

Everyone left with their own gua sha + body cups, a little more knowledge about their body, and hopefully feeling very, very good.

This was exactly the kind of experience we want to create more of: movement, beauty, education + things you can take into your everyday routine.

So now we have a question…

should Glow + Flow become a regular thing? 👀

For the past year, I’ve been pouring everything I have into building the next chapter of Lymphtopia.

There have been moments of excitement, moments of uncertainty and doubt, and many late nights spent believing in a vision that only existed in my mind.

Slowly, it’s starting to take shape.
