On September 19th 2005 I climbed El Capitan for my 117th time. @richfettke and local News reporter Dan Herz joined me for a crazy one day ascent of El Cap. Crazy because Dan had very little outdoor climbing experience. Rich and I were up for the challenge cause we do stuff like that. - It was way out of Dan’s comfort zone, and he was wild enough to go for it with us. We managed to get up The Nose route in just over 16 hours.

On September 23rd 2005 I climbed El Capitan for my 118th time. Dr Bob Yoho joined me for a snappy sub 14 hour ascent of The Nose. Bob and Chris Gonzales were both medical doctors who had been chatting and climbing with me for the previous years. They were the classic professionals-that-climbed, in that they were holding down 90 hours a week working, and sneaking out to climb big Yosemite routes. They came up with an ingenious semi-simul-climbing method they named Yo-Go method, a play on their last names. Perhaps I’ll explain it in the comments another day or point to a link.

Some trips are about the place. The best ones are about the people.

Patti and I had the chance to celebrate Krista Fettke and Alec Denney’s wedding in Pernes-Les-Fontaines, France. We’ve been good friends with Krista’s parents, Rich and Kathy Fettke of Real Wealth, for years, so getting to be there with their family made this one pretty special.

We finished the week in Cannes and happened to be there during the Cannes Yachting Festival. Beautiful villages, incredible scenery, a few boats that definitely caught my attention, and most importantly, a lot of time with good friends.

France treated us well. Congratulations, Krista and Alec. What a way to start this next chapter together.

✨ LIMITLESS EXPO 2026 ✨
Hands down, one of our favorite conferences and one we look forward to every year! 🙌🏼

For our family, it’s not just about real estate and investing, it’s about learning, growing, sharing, financial literacy and creating more choices for the next generation.

One of my absolute favorite parts is having Nico there with us. ❤️ Getting to watch him meet and hear from people who are actually doing it - talking about money, investing, entrepreneurship and building wealth was pretty special. He even got to meet Mr. Robert Kiyosaki which is where it started for me. “Rich Dad Poor Dad” author.

This is such a big part of @ourfamilyinvests and what we believe in: exposing our kids to these conversations EARLY, learning alongside them and showing them that there are so many different ways to build a life you love with intention and connection.

So grateful for @tarlyarber and @yarbergrace , Ken McElroy @kenmcelroyofficial and the entire Fixated Team @isaraebsen for putting on another incredible event! 🙏🏽 BEST nanny Hannah! Thank you!!!❤️

Not to mention getting to learn from Robert & Kim Kiyosaki @therealkimkiyosaki , @kathyfettke and @richfettke , @amanda_han_cpa & Matt McFarland, @lisasongsutton , @thetreystone and so many others… 🤯 What an experience!

You never know which conversation, speaker or little nugget is going to stick with your kid and completely change the way they think about their future. Ours too!

Educate. Empower. Elevate. ✨

And bring the kids along for the ride. ❤️

Here’s a little glimpse of what Limitless Expo 2026 looked like for our family.

Until next time, Limitless! 🤙🏼🌺

What a weekend at #LimitlessExpo !

Ken and Tarl, you two always know how to put on an event! It was such a joy sharing the stage with @tarlyarber , @kenmcelroyofficial , @chrismartenson and Robert Kiyosaki.

And I was so honored to receive the Spirit of Limitless award!

But honestly, the best part is always the people. So grateful to connect with so many friends, old and new. 💕

Proximity is power.

I could not be more grateful to my amazing friend and mentor @kenmcelroyofficial

He reminds me that if you aren’t taking every opportunity to be in rooms with people you can learn from, you’re only holding yourself back. And whatever you’re wanting to achieve, will take longer, if it happens at all.

This was my 5th @limitlessexpo and I had the best time with the most inspiring people. (I’ll do a full post with top takeaways). Thank you to Ken and Tarl for hosting this conference and asking me to speak 🙏 I’m so grateful for the opportunity to be part of this special group.

The rooms you choose to be in can change the trajectory of your life.

I’m excited to be speaking at the Limitless Financial Freedom Expo alongside an incredible lineup of investors and entrepreneurs, including Robert Kiyosaki, Ken McElroy, Kathy and Rich Fettke, Tarl Yarber, J Scott, Brian Burke, Steve Rozenberg, and more.

I’ll be sharing how self storage has transformed my life and the strategies we’ve used to build an $80M portfolio.

If you’re serious about growing your wealth, this is a room you don’t want to miss.

Use my code CAMERON10 to save 10% on your ticket. Hope to see you in Phoenix!

We say we're sacrificing for our kids. But are we really?
I've been questioning that whole narrative lately. Because I think sometimes when we say "I'm doing it for them" — we're actually doing it for ourselves and just telling ourselves they're the benefactors.
Rich said something that hit me hard: his kids don't care if the hotel is four-star, five-star, or no star.
They just want dad.
That's the whole thing. Build the legacy. But don't miss the point. check out this weeks episode of @justdeadpresidents podcast with @richfettke and @kathyfettke

Where are you sitting?!

I owe a lot of THANK YOU today

A week ago I attended the REI summit in Austin

I made friends with Scott and Andy, local investors who really helped my push forward on a project I’m working on.

I talked to @investorbrianburke who gave me extremely healthy perspective on the multifamily syndicator space. I’ve done 2 syndications but the industry has been a blood bath for the last 5 years, he gave me a very healthy perspective about how to proceed to the future

My dear friends Kathy and Rich Fettke convinced me to buy a house in Austin sooner rather than later, and how to do it

Isara at fixated events, who created a situation where I can create my art my way and still give her a product that she can use as marketing

and the person who I actively avoid giving credit or compliments to in public because he is a dangerous egomaniac, Brandon Turner. This event was wonderful and you should do this again next year (in Austin or else I’m not coming)

Real estate and financial freedom is a community game 100% - find people who are doing this, ask for help 🤟🤟

Kyle just wrapped up both speaking engagements…what an incredible experience!

He had the opportunity to sit on panels with some absolute titans in real estate, people he has looked up to for years.
Amanda Hahn, Rich Fetke, Lonnie Grienger, Steve Rosenberg…

And then alongside, Michael Mutz, Michael McClung, Henry Washington (BiggerPockets) and Cam Cathcart (The BetterLife Podcast), voices that have impacted so many in this space.

Truly humbling to be in those rooms.

But what stood out even more than the names or the stages was the heart behind it all.

Every single one of these speakers showed up and poured into others— completely unpaid.
Giving their time, energy, and wisdom simply because they care. Because they believe in helping people build better lives through real estate.

That’s a rare group.

It’s also a reminder—
keep putting yourself in bigger rooms,
keep learning,
keep growing.

Because the goal isn’t just success—
it’s impact. Kingdom impact.

Grateful to be in proximity to people doing it the right way AND even more motivated to keep building.

Who’s someone in your life that’s poured into you without expecting anything in return?

I’ve exercised consistently for almost 20 years but was never getting results until a couple years ago.

The shift?

First, I joined an accountability group with real consequences for not following protocol.

Second, started taking my diet much more seriously; and no, I don’t mean just eating less like I had done at various times. I started tracking my macros by weighing what I eat and making sure I get 200 grams of protein everyday.

Third, I started lifting heavy weights instead of just doing cardio.

But it really has been that first one that has helped me lose about 40lbs and about 10% points of body fat over the last couple years.

Today I start my fourth 6 month round of this challenge. My goal isn’t to lose more weight, in fact I wouldn’t even mind putting on a couple pounds as long as my body fat continues to drop.

But I stick with this group because it holds me accountable and I’m surrounded by amazing people that continue to inspire me, educate me, and help me.

Coincidently, today is also the first meeting of a mastermind that I am launching to help people buy a business called the Power of BIZ Mastermind. I’m launching this because I realize the power that accountability/mastermind groups can have to attain goals.

If you are interested in joining either please let me know!
