What a way to begin our first LMFW Convivio. 🥹🍷

Friday’s Vineyard Dinner at Alumbra Cellars brought Chefs @gary_marmanillo , @chavezmaylin , and @rico_chef503 together for an oyster bar reception and a five-course menu paired with wines from @coriaestates , @alumbra.oregon , @valcancellars , @gonzaleswinecompany , @nueva_aventura_wine , @medina.wines , and @scenicvalleyfarms .

Thank you to the winemakers who joined us and shared the stories behind their wines, and to the chefs who created such beautiful dishes and shared the stories behind them. And to everyone who gathered around the table with us: thank you for making our first evening so special! 🫂

We’re just a few days away from the inaugural Convivio weekend! 🎉

We kick things off this Friday with an intimate vineyard dinner at Alumbra Cellars, featuring chefs @gary_marmanillo , @chavezmaylin , and @rico_chef503 and seven Latino wines.

Then, join us Saturday at The Ground at Stillwater in downtown McMinnville, where Latino winemakers, chefs, and artisans will come together for an afternoon of food, wine, culture, and community. Plus, live music by Pachanga starting at 1 p.m.! 💃🏽🎶

Convivio kicks off on Friday, September 25, with an intimate five-course dinner among the vines at Alumbra Cellars.

The evening will feature a collaborative menu from Chef Ricardo Antunez of Pura Vida Cocina + Xicha Brewing, Chef Maylin Chávez of Nácar Oysters and Chef Gary Marmanillo of Casa Zoraya, thoughtfully paired with Latino wines.
