8 weeks of @ownuapp and @hannaoeberg 😍—Summer Shred

The right is 8 weeks ago, the left is today. Honestly I felt like nothing had changed. My clothes weren’t too different, my weight (PSSHHHH!), my stamina—BUT this picture told me a different story 📖

This picture showed me a mom, a woman who’s strength increased 🏋🏽‍♀️ , time management evolved ⏰ , habits changed 🥗 and overall outlook on self has improved☺️. Yes I know the lighting is bad on the left (I took it this evening 🤦🏽‍♀️)—but I still see something.

I see hard work and strength, not all progress is visible with the naked eye. That’s all I want to keep seeing 💕

Only a couple weeks left in the #youvsyouchallenge !!😆
