A little dinner we put together for @pocca_uk bringing Edinburgh’s food and creative community together for a proper introduction to the brand. From guestlist strategy and PR outreach to event production, the idea was simple: get the right people in the room, create a good experience and let the conversations happen naturally. “Focaccia Pockets, Loaded Properly” - @pocca_uk 💌ad| invite @petta_studios @rosspetta Your new sandwich fix in Edinburgh🤍 Pocca at @stay_hush_uk are serving up freshly made focaccia pockets, packed with the most delicious fillings made in house and focaccia from @companybakery 🩷 We tried; The Baller • pork & pancetta meatballs, marinara and parmesan The Deli Drip • mortadella, mozzarella, crispy chorizo and rocket - both were SO moreish and full of flavour😍 Add funky interiors, lovely staff and a loyalty scheme to the mix and you’ve got yourself a new lunch spot to try! A busy Tuesday in my fav city ✨ 🥐 @kremkaramel.edinburgh for the best comfort food and possibly the best Basque cheesecake I’ve ever had (their signature bake) worth a visit here just to try it! 🌿 @rbgedinburgh for a first look inside the newly reopened Palm Houses, absolutely stunning and very special to see these! 🍽️ @ottolenghi_edinburgh - finished the day at the highly anticipated Edinburgh opening, with plenty of food, drinks and a lot of great company! AD | POCCA Listen up foodies, there is a new filled foccacia spot in town. Located just off the Royal Mile is Pocca. Specialising in Scottish-Italian filled focaccia pockets with a weekly changing menu of delicious, hearty fillings 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🥪🇮🇹 With a big focus on using local, Scottish artisanal producers, we had a real challenge picking which filling to go for. But we went for… 🥩 The Hot Minute (Special) - Chianti beef ragu, teriyaki sauce, Red Leicester, truffle mayonnaise, parmesan 🐟 Smoke Show - Smoked salmon, XO cream cheese, tartare sauce, baby gem, cucumber, dill, chives I’m sometimes disappointed by the actual bread used in focaccia sandwich places, however this focaccia was the perfect combination to being crispy, yet still fluffy and the dough was actually tasty - with a nice hit of saltiness which I loved. The service could not have been friendlier and more attentive, but the vibes were so nice and laid back. Could have stayed all afternoon, perhaps with a wee wine or two… will definitely be back! AD Very much enjoyed a wee overnight at the glorious new @stay_hush_uk in Edinburgh with my mum. Loved the gorgeous wee touches from @wearetbco @laurathomasco @rapscallion_soda … I’m inclined to say it’s like a home away from home… but admittedly my flat isn’t quite so glamorous, but then again, isn’t that the appeal of staying in a hotel? Just lovely. Thank you @petta_studios 🩵 Wearing all @vinted, always!

Today we launch PAGAN - the latest collection from Edinburgh designer @emilymillichip shaped by almost two decades of summers spent working in Scotland’s potato fields. That rhythm of physical work, repetition and space to think informs a more material-led approach to fashion. Created in collaboration with @s.k.works , @akvile.su @biscocho_ceramics and Jaap Prins, and launched with support from @arbikiedistillery @nauticusbar @motherroot and @bruh.snacks PAGAN 11–13 September @traade_space , Portobello Part of @artwalkweekends

2AM club toilet chat with Rossella, founder of @petta_studios ❗️ Hotel openings. Pop-up DJ sets. Creative projects with a million moving parts. Rossella is very much in the business of making things happen and making them look good while she’s at it 💥 Through Petta Studios, she works across creative direction, events and hospitality, bringing together the people, places and ideas that turn a good concept into something people actually want to be part of. Her latest project? Working with @stay_hush_uk to make it feel like more than somewhere you check into, sleep and leave. The idea was to create a space locals actually want to hang out in too…enter @commonground.edi 🤝 The first event kicks off this Sunday 16 August, 11am-2pm at Stay Hush.
