MEET NICK. 🔥

For Nick, cooking is more than following recipes. It’s about curiosity, creativity and never stopping to learn.
What started with sharing his dishes on Instagram turned into a journey that took him far beyond Thailand’s borders.

Today, at JAKAWAAN, he brings together tradition, experimentation and an obsession with the little details that make food unforgettable.

His inspiration? The streets of Bangkok, the markets, the people, and the recipes passed down through generations.

One chef. Endless curiosity. A whole lot of flavour.

Discover Nick’s story and his Northern Thai curry in our book WILD KITCHEN BANGKOK.

WILD KITCHEN BANGKOK
OUT NOW.
