POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Last night a group of wellness leaders connected to talk about our mental health. Our candid conversation included personal lessons about burnout, creating boundaries, moments of resilience, and how to show up for ourselves and our communities when life is challenging. We ended our time together with a somatic movement experience.

Creating space for people to center their mental health is important and the community members that showed up made it a great experience. ⭐️🍃

Thank you @liftyourvibes @expansivebravery @runditorun @_miguelangelsanchez @meeerunner @soryapao for being authentic about your experiences and sharing them with our community.

BIG shoutout to my @lululemon team at Southcenter for powering this event and the U-Village team for the extra support.

Join us for an evening of honest conversation and nervous system care.

We're gathering wellness leaders from across our community to talk about managing our own mental health while holding space for others, whether that's as a parent, coach, therapist, teacher, business owner, or friend. Our @run_csrd July Intro to Trail Series Run was made extra special by all our friends at Propel, Upward PT, Brooks Running, and Pagliacci’s! It was so fun to explore some urban trails and gravel paths at the beautiful Arboretum.

We have one more Intro to Trail Series run coming up before our big series finale race at Cougar Mountain! We hope you’ll join us at Seward Park on Sunday, September 27th at 9am for Brooks demos, more trail fun, and some more fun surprises!!! Keep an eye on the CSRD Heylo for all the details!
