👟What is your go to shoe?
ASICS!

🎵 Top running tune: My favourite race day song for when it get tough is Miley Cyrus - The Climb!

We had the opportunity to ask her a couple of questions and this is what he had to say:

❓What piece of advice would you give to someone wanting to start running?
💬 1. Do it!!!
2. Don’t increase your distance too fast
3. Don’t compare yourself to others, it’s you vs you
4. It’s okay to walk on your runs
5. Enjoy it

❓ What is your favourite running quote?
💬 It’s not a running specific quote but my favourite quote is ‘be fearless in the pursuit of what sets your soul on fire’

Make sure to follow & support Jem on her running journey. If you’d love to be featured as our community runner, pop us a DM💌
