Everyone’s in such a rush to get somewhere… but are we actually enjoying the ride?

Life isn’t a race.

A little reminder that we’re all on completely different journeys. Different goals, different timelines, different destinations.

And sometimes we’re so focused on where we’re going that we forget to appreciate where we are RIGHT NOW.

So here’s to chasing big dreams, taking unexpected turns, trying new things and enjoying the ride along the way.

Because what’s the point of reaching the destination if we forget to enjoy the journey?

Anyone else learning to stop rushing through their 20s?

From a motorbike accident to the bodybuilding stage.
A journey built on resilience, discipline & a whole lot of work. Proof of what the mind & body are capable of when you commit to the process.
Honoured to have played a small part in that journey through posing. Proud of you, & thank you @ryanjayzx 🤝

@teamgohari athlete @ryanjayzx at just over 13 weeks out from Season C.

53 check-ins so far since March 2025, and I have to say I’m very impressed with this transformation.

2 weeks into a lean growth phase, with 6 more weeks to go before we begin the final phase of prep and get peeled to the bone.

The goal for the next 6 weeks is simple:

* Don’t get fat.
* Get strong as fuck.

A lot can change in 13 weeks, keen to see the final product.
