🎉 **4 YEARS OF RYAN RIDGE AT CTA!** 🏀🔥

Four years ago, Ryan Ridge joined the Compete Training Academy family as a basketball trainer. @ryrid_ge

Today, he is so much more than a basketball coach.

Ryan has become a **mindset coach, leader, mentor, and transformation catalyst** for the high performers he serves.

Because at CTA, we’ve always believed basketball is bigger than basketball.

The goal isn’t simply to help someone shoot better, move better, or play better.

It’s to help them **THINK better. LIVE better. LEAD better.**

And Ryan has embraced that mission wholeheartedly.

We’re incredibly grateful for the time, energy, passion, and heart he has poured into CTA and the people we get to serve.

👏 **Happy 4-Year CTA Anniversary, Ryan!**

And here’s the exciting part…

Ryan is now opening the door for **HIGH PERFORMERS of all kinds** to experience his mindset training.

🏀 Athletes
💼 Entrepreneurs
👔 Executives
🎯 Leaders
🔥 Coaches
🚀 Anyone pursuing a God-sized dream

Because your biggest breakthrough often doesn’t come from doing MORE.

It comes from learning to **think differently.**

If you’re performing at a high level but know there is another level inside of you…

If you’re successful on the outside but want greater clarity, confidence, consistency, and peace on the inside…

If you’re ready to stop letting your circumstances dictate your mindset…

**Ryan’s mindset training is for you.**

This is bigger than basketball.

This is about developing the **MIND behind the performance.**

📲 **DM us “MINDSET” to learn more about Ryan’s mindset training programs and get started.**

300 days as this boys dad and it feels like a whole life time already 😊. If only time would be a little easier on us and slow down 🤷.

🔥 RYAN RIDGE — JUST THE BEGINNING.

Ryan Ridge has officially completed his 8-week Mindset Certification Program through Compete Mentality—and I couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead.

Ryan is now working with basketball clients AND mindset clients, taking the Compete Mentality process beyond the court and into the lives of high performers.

He works with high performers across all industries, helping them challenge their thinking, elevate their mindset, and chase the next level of their dream. our mindset process will help you identify the dream, scripture based and helps you understand the science of the mind.

If you’re ready to grow, get uncomfortable, and compete at a higher level, inquire with Ryan Ridge about working with him.

And there’s more coming…
🎙️ A podcast is coming soon where we’ll sit down with Ryan and talk about his journey—from becoming a full-time basketball trainer to becoming a mindset coach and helping others pursue their own next level.

Ryan, this is just the beginning.
Now go COMPETE. 🔥
