Erika

I honestly can’t put into words how much I love Erika🤍

She has this incredible way of making me believe in myself, helping me break through the limits
I didn’t even realize I’d created.
Every class reminds me that my body has so many more possibilities—that movement can feel freer, lighter, and more natural.

My favorite classes are always her small-group sessions.
Going back to the fundamentals and the most basic movement principles always teaches me something new. It’s amazing how those simple foundations gradually unlock a body that feels less tense, more fluid, and so much more comfortable.

One thing Erica always says is:
“This is Pilates.”

It’s not about being perfect.
It’s not about flashy movements.
It’s about moving with more ease, feeling more at home in your body, and realizing that this is what real life is all about.

And a huge thank you to Cindy as well. 🤍
Your translation was incredible—I was honestly in awe the entire time. I still can’t believe I once got to be your classmate, and now I get to call you a friend. Meeting you through Pilates has truly been one of the greatest gifts. 🥹✨

Even though this was already my third time taking this course, I know I’ll keep coming back every year.

Because every single time, I walk away learning something new.

More importantly, it always reminds me why I chose to become a Pilates instructor in the first place.

Back to the basics.
Always. ✨

2026.07.18 ON FIRE DAY

Chiang Mai x PowerHaus Pilates

Eka
