✨Progress✨

From expressing my interest of doing my first show, to cutting and bulking, to 6months of prep and just-over 4 weeks out.

1.5years shrunk down into a teeny tiny post on social media.

I’d go into the details, but those who know, know how hard this can be. Luckily I’ve got my coach @samhotham_pt who has guided me through every single progress, and I mean EVERY 👏🏻 THING 👏🏻.

Forever grateful for her, as well as my supportive circle ⭕️🙏🏻💓

Digging deep, the finish line is in sight 🏁✨💪🏻👙

Just over 2 years ago I was introduced to @samhotham_pt

I joined one of her 10week shreds, and since then, I’ve never looked back. 🫶🏻

If I could go back and tell past-me that I’d signed up for a bikini bodybuilding show, she wouldn’t believe me at all! ✨

It’s not just about losing weight, either. 💪🏻
I was constantly sold the lies about quick fixes, dropping dress sizes in a month, cutting carbs, doing detoxes, fasted exercising, take this pill to be skinny, use this lotion and wrap up in cling film to drop inches! 😂🙈….surprise surprise none of it worked.

Sam taught me how to fuel my body properly, how to get strong, how to accept that it’s a lifestyle change, and I’ll be forever thankful✨🙏🏻

A great mid-week check in!

Had a pt sesh with my coach and we discussed my posing, how we’re gonna go forward and keep pushing. What to expect and how it all works.

Pleased with my back 💪🏻 them muscles be peeking 👀 out.

Getting into the nitty gritty of it all now! 💪🏻🤗

🩷 - I wanted to compete in the first timers PCA march

I was a teensy bit delulu 🙈 but my coach @samhotham_pt talked some truths to me and we pushed the comp pack. Allowing time to build some muscle and learn how my body reacts to cuts (bottom half is stubborn af)!

♥️ - 14 weeks out from my show. I’ve built some muscle, 💪🏻 learning how to present them properly (learning from the best @posingqueens), and I’m taking the whole journey seriously. 🫡

No more delusions, I’m going to earn my place on that stage. Locked in and no excuses.

💪🏻✨

I’ve ALWAYS struggled flaring my lats, my shoulder blade just kept wanting to make an appearance and pushed my lats out of the way 🙈😂

Thank you @posingqueens for being patient with me and teaching me. ✨♥️✨

Thank you to my amazing coach @samhotham_pt for advising me to book 🙌🏻🤗

Let’s shred this physique down and reveal more of these muscles shall we? 💪🏻✂️✨
