You don’t have to be a fighter to train like one. 🥊

For 60 days, we’re challenging you to show up, put in the work, and become stronger than you were when you started.

No boxing experience? No problem.
Just bring the grit. We’ll bring the gloves. 😉

Fight Club starts September 19th.

Choose your track → Show up → Put in the work → EARN IT.

Interested? Ready to sign up? Chat with the front desk next time you’re in or email hello@rowdybox.com.

60 days. Let’s get ROWDY. 🥊🔥

A dream I never thought would become reality. 🥊❤️

My Rowdy story actually started from Portland, when one of my best friends told me about this little boxing gym in Seattle. I remember thinking, I want to be there someday.

Less than a year ago, I walked through these doors. I came here to coach, to learn, to be part of the community and somehow, this place became so much more than I ever imagined.

Today, I get to officially share that I’m the new owner of RowdyBox.

There are honestly no words for how surreal it feels to say that.

RowdyBox has always been about the people. The coaches. The members. The friendships. The sweat. The laughs. The moments when you walk in having a hard day and leave feeling like you can take on the world.

I know how special this place is because I fell in love with it from the moment I heard about it.

I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to carry this community forward, honor everything that has been built here, and help take Rowdy into its next chapter.

Same heart. Same fight. New chapter.

Thank you for believing in me. ❤️

Let’s get Rowdy. 🥊

@riseperformanceandhealth is heading to the Seattle Wellness Block Party.🌱 We're joining @yerbana + @abundancesocialclub on Saturday, August 8th, 9am-2pm at 415 Westlake Ave N, and we're bringing FREE 15-minute Injury Assessments all day!

Expect a full morning of yoga, breathwork, silent disco, sauna, and coffee by Kakáo. We'll have a table doing what we do best: helping active people figure out if their pain is something PT can fix.

If you've got a nagging pain, an old injury, or something that's quietly limiting how you move, stop by the RISE table. Physical Therapist Dr. Stephanie will help you find out if PT is right for your injury and give you the next steps to visit the clinic, where we'll build your comprehensive plan of care.

No pressure, just a real starting point, free. Come as you are. We'll see you there. 💙

📍 415 Westlake Ave N, Seattle
📅 Saturday, August 8th | 9am-2pm
🎟️ Drop by the RISE table & sign up for your free time slot

Fall is right around the corner, and we want to hear from YOU! Tell us what class times you’d love to see, what we’re doing well, and where we can improve.

You may have noticed a few classes have been canceled recently. As we head into fall, we’re working to build a schedule that best fits our community. One of the biggest ways you can help is by signing up for class in advance! 👊

When class counts are too low, we may have to cancel that class. Signing up early helps us know you’re coming and keeps your favorite classes on the schedule.

Your feedback helps us make RowdyBox even better. ❤️

🥊 Take the survey through the link in our bio or click the link in this post! 🔥

They’re the reason we show up every single day. ❤️🥊

To every member who walks through our doors, trusts us with their fitness journey, cheers on the person next to them, and helps make this community what it is—thank you. Your dedication, energy, and support are what make Rowdy so much more than a gym.

We truly wouldn’t be where we are without each and every one of you. Thank you for being part of our family.
