how your evening ritual at serenity could look like 🦢🫖🕯️🤍

we wanted our new weekly rhythm to feel like something you actually look forward to returning to.

small groups. soft light. tea waiting for you. enough space to be seen, without ever having to perform.

some evenings we move.
some we shake things off.
some we sink into yin.
some we let sound do the work.
some we simply get very, very still.

different rituals for different days — all created with the same intention: a calm, intimate atmosphere and practices that meet your nervous system where it is.

no crowded rooms. no pressure to keep up. no need to arrive as your best self.

just a little place in the week where you can come exactly as you are — and perhaps leave feeling a little more like yourself again.

our new weekly rituals at serenity.
movement · yin · sound · meditation · rest

booking via link in bio — see you at serenity ☁️

( the studio )

a space somewhere between
regeneration & creation.

for slowing down & coming alive.
for sound & silence.
movement & stillness.
books, words & wild ideas.
tea around the table.
learning something new.
being alone, together.

we believe rest and creativity belong to the same conversation. that sometimes we need to retreat from the world for a while — and sometimes we need somewhere to meet it again.
serenity is a place for both.

( the next chapter )

for a while now, i’ve felt that serenity wanted to become a little bigger than the version of wellbeing we often talk about.

because yes, this is still a place to lie down.
to breathe.
to listen.
to rest.

but i’ve been thinking a lot about all the other things that make us feel like ourselves, too.

being curious.
making something with our hands.
reading a sentence that stays with us.
learning something new.
moving our bodies.
sitting around a table with other people.
having an idea we suddenly want to follow.

maybe regeneration doesn’t only happen when we’re resting.

maybe we regenerate through beauty and play and connection and curiosity, too.

and maybe when we give ourselves enough space for all of those things, something else begins to happen:

we want to create.

a thought. a conversation. a piece of writing. a new skill. a different way of seeing something. sometimes simply a little more aliveness inside an ordinary day.

that’s the world i want serenity to make room for.

a space for the parts of us that need to regenerate —
and the parts that are ready to create.

there will still be soundbaths and quiet moments. but there will also be books & writing. movement & music. learning & making. community tables, conversations & experiments.

some things will happen every week.
some every month.
some every now & then.

and some probably don’t exist yet.

SANDRA PISKE
FOUNDER · TEACHER · CREATIVE MIND BEHIND SERENITY

somewhere between sound & words,
ritual & curiosity,
making spaces to rest
& dreaming up what could exist next.

serenity began with a simple idea:
create what you are missing & so I did.

a place to slow down.
to listen.
to feel.
to learn.
to gather around a table.
to follow curiosity somewhere unexpected.

the studio is ever changing, so am i.
now i‘m turning the page & am exited to introduce you to the next chapter — will you read along? 🗝️

My life is a dot lost among thousands of other dots. With just one polka dot, nothing can be achieved. Polka dots can’t stay alone.

I followed the thread of art and somehow discovered a path that would allow me to live.
