Toned Figure British Champions Figure Routine!💜 @maddiecooperbb Perfect routine for Maddie as she didn’t want a “dance” routine! She wanted it to be simple BUT effective and it was a must that there were opportunities to grab good pictures ✌🏽 Routines don’t need to be “dancy” they can be a simple or as complicated as you like! They are generally just there for photo opportunities and time on stage on your own!

FIT MODEL POSING CRITERIA!!!✨ Thinking about competing in Fit Model? The posing requirements can be quite different from what you might be used to seeing in other female categories, so it’s SO important to understand exactly what your federation is looking for. In this post, we’re going through the NPC Fit Model criteria, including what they’re looking for in the physique and how your stage presentation should be structured. We’ve also broken down the front and back poses, the walk and some of the key rules you need to know before stepping on stage. Because your posing isn’t just about looking good - it’s about understanding the criteria you’re being judged against and presenting yourself accordingly. 🤍 Save this one if Fit Model is on your radar and send it to a friend who needs to see it! 🎀 And if you’re looking for help with your Fit Model posing, this is exactly what we do at LFP. With 7 girls across Team LFP, all with different coaching styles, experience and locations around the UK, we really do believe there is a coach here for everyone. We work with ALL female categories and federations, whether you’re a complete first timer or heading back to the stage. Ready to level up your posing? 🎀 Click the link in our bio and come find your flow with us. 🤍

Ah prep just makes me hate my girlfriend wtf!! We’ve done 6 preps collectively & 2 together actually at the same time. Preps can be tricky, but it’s not a reason to be a dick to your partner. Just some advice from a couple who have gone through it.

@bodiesbynaomi ‘s PCA individual routine for the British finals!🩷 She brought sass, elegance, energy and of course a beautiful physique that landed her 4th place!! The best thing with the PCA I walks?? You can create it fully yourself without any direction of poses you HAVE to hit. It is all down to you and your coach! This means you can head into it knowing you’ll showcase your strengths and also bring in lots of your personality!!🫡 Sania and Naomi worked endlessly hard on this routine together and can say… SHE SLAYED.

WHICH FEDERATIONS CAN I USE THESE BIKINI SIDE POSES IN? 👀 One thing we get asked ALL the time at LFP is which federations allow different bikini side poses. And the answer? It can vary more than you might think! We’ve put together this post to break down the different federation requirements and show you where these side poses can and can’t be used. Because knowing your federation’s rules is SO important when it comes to your posing - you don’t want to turn up on show day doing a pose that isn’t required or allowed. 😂 Save this one for your prep and send it to your bikini bestie! 🤍 And if you’re unsure about what your specific federation requires, that’s exactly what we’re here to help with. With 7 girls across Team LFP, all with different coaching styles, experience and locations around the UK, we really do believe there is a coach here for everyone. We work with ALL female categories and federations, whether you’re a complete first timer or heading back to the stage. Reece Pearson, IFBB pro x @heavydutygymwear Missed the memo with the cringy belt saying your name and IFBB pro and also haven’t got a patch on my backpack saying IFBB pro, so I guess these will suffice. Shoutout to Ollie at HDG for creating these bad boys. Only 12 in the entire world, 4 for me, 4 for Sania and 4 for Abster 😤

Still pinching myself that I made it to the PCA British Finals! This was my ultimate goal for the season, after not qualifying 2 years ago. I know the top competitors brought more size, but I am incredibly proud of my conditioning, presentation and physique as a whole 😊 2nd callouts, but I am honestly so happy and proud to have held my own among the best in Britain 🫶 My goals may be smaller than some, but the work that has gone in is just as significant and as worthy of self recognition 😊 This show was a solo journey - traveling and attending the show entirely on my own. Which makes this moment feel even sweeter. So chuffed with myself for seeing it through. Massive thank you to Sania for grabbing these shots for me, and for teaching me how to present the physique I've spent years building 💙✨ P.s biggest win - I done my own make up and didn't look like a drag queen 😆 @dan_team_dw @sania_limitlessflowposing @limitlessflowposingg

Well.. I’m genuinely lost for words! 4th place in BRITAIN, and an invite to the World Championships in Spain!! 🇪🇸 @pca_official Five days ago I hadn’t even entered. The plan was simply to turn up, enjoy it and just have fun as I knew the standard would be immense. Somehow ended in a first call out and a top four finish against a stacked line up of incredible athletes in a untested federation! 🤯 Enormous thanks to my team, who deserve far more credit than they’ll ever admit to.. I couldn’t have done it without you @theglutemechanic @sania_limitlessflowposing 🖤 Naturally, the sensible thing would have been to rest. But I’ve booked a last minute hotel, drove halfway up the country, and tomorrow I make my pro debut at @naturalbbworldwide against some seriously impressive, pro international athletes. 🤯 Nervous? Excited? All of the above but life’s too short to second guess yourself.. my one piece of advice in life is to always back yourself. Go for it and shoot for the top! 💫 Big one tomorrow.. comp. no.4 and in 7 days my season would have finished. What a chapter 🙏🏻 #naturalbodybuilding #bikiniathlete
